This stage feels more "Sonic-y" than some of the others, though I still feel Sonic's movement in 2D levels are a tad sluggish. 3D speed works fine though, I think. I had so many problems with this boss, where I'd fall off the dragon. Anyone else have a problem like that? It was less me jumping off it and more just not landing right...
Lol at the pokemon reference in the description. I honestly would like to see pokemon have individual theme songs. Although considering how many exist at this point, it'll take a good while
Hey everyone, it's me Matthew, do you think that Sonic Lost World will be remastered as "Sonic Lost World: Unstoppable" will come to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch with updated features and remix music in the near future? We'll have to wait until Sega & Sonic Team make some more announcements. If you have any questions about Sonic Lost World Unstoppable, comment below and let me know.
So, you know when you hit the tail you can start homing attacking those square parts of this body? turns out you can bounce on the square box near his head with the X button. the one I was talking about was at 1:48.
Brandon I literally just tried this and it worked cuz I've been falling off at one point with the homing attack and couldn't get back up so I kept failing thank you so much I wasn't even thinking about this lol
This is odd. No matter how many times I homing attack zavok when I get to the Dragon's head, he always knocks me away or kills me. It's very frustrating, indeed.
You can also spam the bounce attack right next to Zavok's dragon to reach enough height to climb on top (after you hit the tail of course). you can skip the entire "walking across the dragon's body" section!
I was going to mention the music name before you pointed it out. How many other Pokemon attacks have songs named after them, I wonder? (I don't just mean in this game)
I did exactly as shown here, but when I get to the red guy up on the head after stopping the worm, I jump, red-target and press Y. Sonic hit him but it doesn’t damage the bad guy. Sonic gets pushed far away. I wonder what Am I doinh Wrong.
Chaos10110 Oh, I see what you mean. That only happens at particular segments. If you can remember where they are, let Sonic land before doing another Homing Attack, and it'll work normally.
+Krisdow W ♋ David was referring to the Gobblegut, one of the bosses in Super Mario Galaxy 2. That boss battle takes place on a small planetoid, and the boss is a large serpentine dragon whose head you must attack three times.
Ah, Dragon Dance is my favorite musical piece in the entire soundtrack. Really fits the mood of both the Wii U and 3DS levels that it's featured in.

The seventh segment cannot be Homing Attacked properly until Sonic lands and makes another jump. That's because the laser is about to go off.
when you homing attack a part of the dragon that glowing cyan, you must stop, jump again, and homing attack the next segment.
0:36 Insignificant hedgehog
This level does not deserve this good of music.
The 3ds version was good
Badnik Watch #22
This zone has no new returning Badniks
Those precise movements must have taken LOTS of skill and practice.I think that well done is the least I can say... So uhhh....WELL DONE!!
+Exile64 Yeah, when I went to record this, it took me about an hour and a half until I got what you see here.
I managed to get through tropical coast act 2 in just under 2 minutes and that took me over a day.

Reminds me of the dbz op when gohan is running on the hills and mountains with shenron
2:07 this exact passage reminds me Mac Gyver theme....

It's like Sesame Street kids favorite songs 2 the song of Captain Brown
I just noticed it now, but the 2D sections in this game are very linear (I still really enjoyed them though).
It’s 2d and it’s not that are tons of pathways in this game
There's actually an easier way to beat this.
Hit the tail till it stops moving, go to the head, bounce to the nearest square, and then attack him.
Nearest square? I don't understand what that means.
So, you know when you hit the tail you can start homing attacking those square parts of this body? turns out you can bounce on the square box near his head with the X button. the one I was talking about was at 1:48.
Oh, you mean the segments with the blue things on them that shoot the lasers upwards?
Brandon I literally just tried this and it worked cuz I've been falling off at one point with the homing attack and couldn't get back up so I kept failing thank you so much I wasn't even thinking about this lol

Sonic's homing attack is kinda slow here.
This is one *_HECK_* of a level on the Wii U…
I like the way Zavok looks.

Hmm, I didn't know Sonic could do such a thing in this game. It would certainly make some stages easier!
Joe Flaherty its the way i did it, i couldnt figure out how to get past the blinking part of the dragon body so i skipped it
damn, i guess the bounce attack actually has a use
I was going to mention the music name before you pointed it out. How many other Pokemon attacks have songs named after them, I wonder? (I don't just mean in this game)
Well, this game's song title is purely coincidential, I'm sure of that.

Make sure you get at least a second-level Homing Attack. Wait until the Homing Attack reticule beeps at least twice.
Really didn’t give any time for me to collect anything without dying
To be fair, there isn't anything much to collect in this stage you can't get elsewhere.
I keep falling off in the middle so fking annoying.
+Chaos10110 Where do you fall off?
+Overhazard When I'm doing homing attacks, to the giant dragon, the circles stop appearing towards the middle or further.
Chaos10110 Oh, I see what you mean. That only happens at particular segments. If you can remember where they are, let Sonic land before doing another Homing Attack, and it'll work normally.
+Overhazard That's the problem, Sonic slides off the body and I have to start all over.
+Chaos10110 I'm using the Wii U version.
How the fk do you beat this?
Chaos10110 Its easy are you bad or something. I Played it and i got 1 lives lost.
THEY TOTALLY STOLE THIS FROM MARIO GALAXY
Mario galaxy totally stole Sonic xtreme
Krisdow W ♋ ehh nah but you gotta admit that one part looks like a reskin of that battle where you fight that dragoon thing in smg
David McDonald
I never played super mario galaxy.. but the idea was from sonic xtreme (Unrealised song)
+Krisdow W ♋ David was referring to the Gobblegut, one of the bosses in Super Mario Galaxy 2. That boss battle takes place on a small planetoid, and the boss is a large serpentine dragon whose head you must attack three times.
