    Box Breathing is my go-to on the drive to work, immediately after the 1st round you sense the relief -- more calm, centered, focused, and joyful. Give it a try. From what I've read, and experienced personally, 7 rounds of the technique in this video will actually increase lung capacity and improve lung function and oxygen intake.
