Creamy potato & celery soup | no cream ~ EasyPeasyCooking

𝕎𝕖𝕝𝕔𝕠𝕞𝕖 𝕥𝕠 𝕞𝕪 𝕔𝕙𝕒𝕟𝕟𝕖𝕝! This potato & celery soup has minimal ingredients. However, the flavour is so creamy without the need for any cream to be added, just milk. This soup is perfect for lunch paired with some freshly baked french baguettes😋.
ℝ𝕖𝕔𝕚𝕡𝕖 ⤹
~ 2 tbsps olive oil
~ 2 garlic cloves chopped
~ 300g potatoes chopped
~ 300g celery chopped
~ 500ml veg stock
~ 125ml milk
~ Salt & pepper to your preference
Recipe top tips
~ ensure potatoes & celery are washed thoroughly from all dirt
~ leave your soup to cook down before blending it
~ this soup will stay fresh for 2/3 days stored in an airtight container in the fridge
