I know they made ad card adapters to fit a similar card I'd be nice if we could use that on the rog ally or other hand helds that aren't as good as this

The 4 is a bit bigger than the 3. I like the 3 because with the game grip its the size of a Switch, so I use nice Switch cases for it. Some sleeve style cases make it to where I can carry it in my pocket. Very portable and convenient.
Depends on your connection, I’ve been able to stream 1080p video using the LTE. Haven’t done enough testing with Remote Play to know if it will be a stable experience
This machine is amazing except that they copied the design from PSP. Why did they have to do use that design? I really don't understand. Even I don't like my PSP design becuase it's painful to hold this for a long time. It will be worse for GPD Win 4 because it's heavier than a PSP.
I know what you mean. I have the GPD3 with the game grip you can get officially from GPD and its night and day. Even without the grip its pretty comfortable.

The Win 4 can read USB drives that are connected to the dock ports
is the sim card only usable for mobile data? are you not gonna be able to see the msgs?
Ours didn't come with any way to see SMS messages out of the box. We haven't tested any apps that allow for receiving or sending messages.

A bit of an odd choice to use a controller over a mouse and keyboard with Win 4 docked, when Win 4 is basically a controller in on it's own.
I use a controller when my Ally is docked. Controller > mouse/keyboard

Kind of sucky that you have to put it in a USB Port I was hoping the Module was more hidden and permanent than that.

Yes you can remote play. I do it all the time on my GPD3. I have a netgear hotspot with 5G with great speeds.
