Assalamu Aleykom! Angels were created from light and angels do not have a free will. Djinns were created from smokeless fire and they have a free will just like humans. Lately I’ve been almost drawn to Islam, I’m obsessed with Islamic culture as a whole, the art, the music and the way Arabic is written is all so poetic to me. I can’t even really call myself a Christian anymore, honestly I’m just with God at the moment and not that the most high needs my permission but he certainly has my permission to lead me where he will. I'm a Muslim, and as a kid, people told me that Iblis (who's real name was Azazil) was a religious Jinn who was sent to heaven while the other Jinn were terminated for their ruthlessness, he thought he was the best because of the knowledge he possessed because he was the only one who knew the roles of every single one of the angels, while the angels only knew their own personal jobs, when he disobeyed god and refused to bow down to his creation, he was banished. And the Prophet - may God bless him and grant him peace - remained on the battlefield for three days, and he became Sunnah in all his battles, even if the third day ordered the preparation of his journey and then set out to the place of burial of the polytheists, and made them call them by their names and the names of their fathers: (O so and so and so So and so, I delight you that you have obeyed God and His Messenger, for we have found what our Lord has truly promised, so have you found what your Lord really promised), so the Companions were surprised that the Messenger of God - may God’s prayers and peace be upon him - called bodies that have no souls, and he answered them by saying: (And the soul of Muhammad is in his hand, I do not hear what I say from them) Narrated by Bukhari. After the end of the battle, a new problem arose that the Muslims did not deal with before, which is how to dispose of the spoils that the Muslims took in the battle, did they give it to the sect that collected and guarded it? Or give it to those who chase the remnants of the polytheists? Or, are those who guarded the Prophet - may God bless him and grant him peace - during and after the battle the most deserving of those spoils? And the Noble Qur’an came down answering these questions: {They ask you about the Anfal, say the Anfal to God and the Messenger, so fear God and reconcile oneself among you} (Al-Anfal: 1), {And know that you are gripped from something, for God is five and for the Messenger, who is the kinship, orphans, the poor, and the son of the path}) (Al-Anfal: 41 Narrated by Ahmad, so the Prophet - may God bless him and grant him peace - divided the spoil equally among them. And the Prophet - may God’s prayers and peace be upon him - did not forget the share of people who left the battle due to special circumstances, including Othman bin Affan, may God be pleased with him, as he was caring for the affairs of his wife Ruqaya, may God be pleased with her, in her illness, and among them was Abu Lababa, may God be pleased with him, whom the Prophet returned - May God’s prayers and peace be upon him - when he went out to fight, and the city command was entrusted to him, including them and Al-Harith bin Hatib, may God be pleased with him who was sent by the Prophet - may God bless him and grant him peace - to Bani Amr bin Auf on a special mission. Then came the second issue, which is how to deal with the prisoners. The Prophet - may God’s prayers and peace be upon him - consulted his companions regarding their affairs, so the opinion of Abu Bakr, may God be pleased with him, took the ransom from the infidels to strengthen the Muslims with it, and perhaps leaving their killing an opportunity to review and think about Islam, while he indicated Omar bin Al-Khattab and Saad bin Moaz, may God be pleased with them, by killing them, because they are imams of disbelief, and in getting rid of them is a strong blow to the people of Mecca.

The one who was present tried to intercede in Abbas, the uncle of the Messenger of God - may God bless him and grant him peace - in leaving the taking of the redemption from him, and they said: Let us leave for our nephew Abbas his redemption, and he said to them: (And God does not excuse from him a dirham) Narrated by Bukhari. And the Prophet - may God bless him and grant him peace - recommended that the prisoners be treated well, and he said: (Ask the prisoners with goodness), so the companions complied with this and set the most wonderful examples. A brother of Musab Bin Omair, may God be pleased with him, says: “... There’s a few things I’d correct in the first four mins of this video. I’ll stick with one to keep it short. It does not say in scripture that Satan/Devil can transform into a Holy Angel. The very scripture mentioned in the video says that he can APPEAR like one, not TRANSFORM. There is a difference between looking like something else and BEING something else. That’s why it is likened to verse 13. When it talks about people being deceptive and false. They may look one way, but BE something else.

In christianity, Angels do have free will. They are spiritual beings with personalities, emotions. Lucifer was not the only Angel to show free will, so did the 1/3 that left with him. Does anyone else interpret "smokeless fire" to mean radiation? I've thought about this a lot and I feel that jinn may be made of radiation. I'm no scholar, I don't even speak Arabic, but when I think of "smokeless fire" I think of radiation.
Light is a specific particle of radiation which is photon and massless but not all radiation is not from massless particles, for example alpha beta rays are from neutron an protons which has mass, or cathode rays which is produced from electrons so on so forth but it might be plasma which is in the hottest part of fire when you eliminate gas and smoke part. Hi FTD facts, love your videos. A comment on the "angels have free will" in Islam, they don't. But they have emotions, they can talk, they can move, but no, they don't have free will. They can't choose, and they will do exactly whatever Allah had decreed them to do without question. They will carry out His decrees without fail, and because they will only do what He had decreed, they will never do anything wrong, therefore they will never, for the entirety of their existence, sin even once. They don't receive any rewards from God, because rewards are only given to those with free will who made the decision to do good, that is the Men and Jinns who followed His messages, and stayed away from His prohibitions. And they will never taste (punished in) the Hellfire, although there are angels who administers Hell. I hope that can clear up the topic of angels having free will.

In the Quran, it is said that Lucifer is a Jinn who is made of fire, not an angel who is made of light. So it makes sense if Lucifer abled to rebel against God. Lucifer, a Jinn, has free will. He can choose, and he chose to defy God because of his arrogance and racism against humans. Lucifer is the embodiment of ultimate evil, that is defying his Creator in His presence.

Lately I’ve been almost drawn to Islam, I’m obsessed with Islamic culture as a whole, the art, the music and the way Arabic is written is all so poetic to me. I'm a Muslim, and as a kid, people told me that Iblis (who's real name was Azazil) was a religious Jinn who was sent to heaven while the other Jinn were terminated for their ruthlessness, he thought he was the best because of the knowledge he possessed because he was the only one who knew the roles of every single one of the angels, while the angels only knew their own personal jobs, when he disobeyed god and refused to bow down to his creation, he was banished. Only one of his wives had not been previously married. Her name was Aisha, the daughter of one of his closest companions. Years later, when absent from Medina, Muhammad often recommended that, if religious questions arose, people should take them to his wife Aisha. After Muhammad's death, Aisha became a main source of information about Muhammad, and on medicine and poetry as well.

This good treatment has left its mark on their hearts, and many of them became Muslim at later times, such as Al-Saieb bin Obaid and Abu Aziz, may God be pleased with them, and those prisoners returned to Mecca and all their talk about the generosity of the morals of the Messenger of God - may God bless him and grant him peace - and his companions.
However, this did not prevent the Prophet - may God’s prayers and peace be upon him - from killing those who harmed him harder for Muslims such as Uqba bin Abi Ma’it, who was killed by Ali bin Abi Talib, may God be pleased with him, and Al-Nadhar bin Al-Harith, who was one of the biggest instigators of the fight of Muslims.

There’s a few things I’d correct in the first four mins of this video. I’ll stick with one to keep it short. It does not say in scripture that Satan/Devil can transform into a Holy Angel. The very scripture mentioned in the video says that he can APPEAR like one, not TRANSFORM. There is a difference between looking like something else and BEING something else.

Light is a specific particle of radiation which is photon and massless but not all radiation is not from massless particles, for example alpha beta rays are from neutron an protons which has mass, or cathode rays which is produced from electrons so on so forth but it might be plasma which is in the hottest part of fire when you eliminate gas and smoke part. If you think on the perspective of light spectrum frequencies, the smoke fire in the red shift (low frequency side, lower temperature) and light in the blue side ( higher frequency, higher temperature). So you may feel it, when said Jin/ iblis made from smoked fire and Angel from Nur / light.

Brother. Iblis is a Jinn. He never was an angel. The story of Adam and Eve (May God be pleased with them. Ameen), comes 7 times in The Holy Quran in different ways to give different prespective and a different lesson. That is why it is clearly stated that Iblis or Satan is a Jinn and NOT ONLY THAT!, ALLAH also stated his name and also told us that he is made from fire however Angels are made from light. Hi FTD facts, love your videos. A comment on the "angels have free will" in Islam, they don't.
But they have emotions, they can talk, they can move, but no, they don't have free will.
They can't choose, and they will do exactly whatever Allah had decreed them to do without question.
They will carry out His decrees without fail, and because they will only do what He had decreed, they will never do anything wrong, therefore they will never, for the entirety of their existence, sin even once.
They don't receive any rewards from God, because rewards are only given to those with free will who made the decision to do good, that is the Men and Jinns who followed His messages, and stayed away from His prohibitions.
And they will never taste (punished in) the Hellfire, although there are angels who administers Hell.
I hope that can clear up the topic of angels having free will.
How is it that Lucifer-- an angel, was not only able to defy god, but had a third of the angels in heaven follow him in his rebellion if they had no "free will"? Its something I have never considered until i re-watched this video and got to reading the comments just now. Anybody else find this huge contradiction troubling?
@@tomharris9942 Lucifer in the Bible is an angel, that's why it's understandable if you feel contradicted by the story.
In the Quran, it is said that Lucifer is a Jinn who is made of fire, not an angel who is made of light.
So it makes sense if Lucifer abled to rebel against God.
Lucifer, a Jinn, has free will. He can choose, and he chose to defy God because of his arrogance and racism against humans.
Lucifer is the embodiment of ultimate evil, that is defying his Creator in His presence.
