Mysterio as the bad guy with those cool pieces from the monster truck set from few years ago
As for Spider-Man black suit or added leg printing to the classic suit.

Even with how reused these 2 minifigures are, 2 minifigures for $5 is a steal. I really hope we get a big fig Venom in the Oscorp set though.

Spiderman and Venom are like the Marvel versions of Steve and Alex . Cheap and famous characters and they appear every year
Worker: Lego we have too many leftover Spider Man and Vemon we are oversaturated what do we do with them?
Boss of Lego: I have an idea let's put the leftovers in a 2x1 Polybag and people will buy it because it has 2 minifigures in a small bag and we will sell millions.
Worker: What a great idea no one will know they are leftovers.
I unironically think this is a brilliant idea:
Children can get two minifig of popular characters for just $5, and Lego can get rid of their "leftover" minifigs so that they can introduce newer versions of them in the future.
I wish I could just get Venom in a polybag with a bunch of tendrils.
If you ever place orders on Shop @ Home the back piece and hinges are on Bricks and Pieces. And the tentacle horns aren’t too hard to come by
@Ashnflash Oh, I know. I really should just Bricklink a black four-clip back piece and some tendrils. I've just never arsed to buy a larger set with a proper Venom and live by polybags.

This feels like it Was supposed to come with a black cat may Hager but the higher up said no, she has a exclusive to the Daily bugle for some reason just throwing venom again even though it doesn’t make sense for him to be robbing a museum compared to the literal cat burglar
If they put her in another set I could see it happening. But I highly doubt that was ever even a consideration
The character makes more sense in a museum brake in scenario
I think Mysterio with those cool pieces from Monster Truck set would be a better choice, since it'd be a reference to Shattered Dimensions and this wave we got Anti Venom who's popular because of game's sequel.

What does Venom even want with a chalice? He has no interest in valuables afaik. Shoulda been literally anybody else, but still a neat set.

The plates feel like a full circle moment. For a while there, the product images mistakingly had plates like that attached to each of the minifigures, but it was a rendering error.
Isn’t that the Far From Home set from a few years ago just without the drone and different figures.
I personally don’t think venom has any use for valuables. Should f been a lab and he was telling a sample of something

It's because Venom, like Spiderman, is just a plain minifigure. He doesn't need specialized pieces or unique accessories to be Venom
Neither would Mysterio, Sandman - anyone else who already exists. Even if it was Doc Ock they could cheat and do very simple arms for him

Why would Venom need to rob a museum…?
Because he wants to.
Maybe he needs to pay rent.
Magical artifacts can be found in museums a lot of the time in superhero media.They have power.Venom needs power.
In the Marvel Adventures comics Eddie Brock was a burglar before becoming Venom so maybe the set is a nod to that version
To pay rent I guess.
But it's something you would never see them do because they're a superhero now or during hater era just wanted to make Spider-Man suffer.
If this set was Flash themed and Reverse Flash was the villain it'd feel just as dumb.
Lego would probably not update venom like how they've not been updating the star wars battle droids.

I don’t think Amazon carries polybags. It’ll be wherever in your country sells polybags usually.
If you type the set number in Google it’ll show you what stores nearby has them in stock

Just out of curiosity why would Black Cat upset a lot of people?
I think because she's in the Daily Bugle set that costs over 300 dollars.
@ ah so if they added a character once exclusive to an expensive set the people who bought that set would feel cheated? I suppose what they could do to remedy that is make the polybag minifig less detailed, no dual molding no arm printing. That way the character is more accessible to people but the people who bought the Daily Bugle set have an exclusive higher quality version.
