Excellent demo as always. Classic wall tent. Once upon a time this was the standard for explorers, camping trips, even armies. Fold up the tarp and cut new poles when you move on. Basic lashing construction skills are so very underrated by so many of the current bushcrafty "personalities". Even if you're not looking to make a survival shelter or primitive camp, being able to lash up a few bi-pods or tri-pods means that instead of the drippy blue tarp being held up awkwardly by whatever trees are available (that are never in just the right spot) you can set up a snug canopy at whatever family camp-out or backyard gathering suddenly need some extra cover from rain (or sun).

This was so cool! I did something very similar my first year of marraige using tarps like this. My husband and I were (willingly not forced) homeless. Before the dead of winter, I went to thrift stores and bought as many used blankets as I could. I Insulated the inside and outside of my tarp house with zip ties, ducktape, emergency blankets (those cheap heat reflecting things), leaves, blankets, plastic bags, and anything else I could find. My husband and I built a bed out of some bullcrap. And we stayed warm through the whole winter for the most part using candles and bodily friction. It wasn't always comfortable, but we made it work! This video brought back some great memories for me. Thanks for sharing your creation!

Corporal, I'm glad you brought up Steve because I was going to pass on that information. From what I've read in the comments so far, there has been a huge groundswell of support. Both he and his wife are relatively young, so this was a total shock. And, so soon after his channel hit one million subscribers. As he says, Rest in Peace - Beautiful Wife.

Has a small time RUclips channel owner, what you express in the end here is absolutely true. You work really hard for your content, and it shows in how many subscribers you have, and how good your content actually is.

Another Sunday, another outstanding overnighter. Corp, you never disappoint. I'm really digging the hobo and off grid cabin content. For some reason, I feel that is more realistic for more people than just taking a Swiss army knife and some rope and building a homestead. But I like that content too. Lol. Anyways keep it up Corp. Often imitated, never duplicated.

Another great video thanks for you hard work and also for a shout out to camping with Steve. His wife aka Beautiful Wife passed away in her sleep. Steve does stealth camping all over Canada and where ever he goes a fun channel with laughter and adventure. Hopefully he does when he is ready comes back strong to RUclips.

I’ve always watched you and Steve, I found out about his wife’s passing when he tried to announce it on his video. I felt horrible for him, he barely got through trying to explain what happened. I can’t even begin to imagine the feeling that ran through him. Thank you to everyone that reaches out to Steve with a caring heart and hand. 🙏🏻😇

Good on you for lifting up Steve Wallis at this sad time. Steve is not so much a bush-crafter, but he is a great entertainer with his many exploits. We learn about new camping products that assist him in his stealth adventures. Well worth a watch if only for the enjoyment he shares with us. Who knows, any of us could find ourselves in a bad situation where we are forced to stealth camp out of necessity. While sharing his grief, Steve asked that we honor his "Beautiful Wife" by helping others. Something she so often did in life.
