I apologize if you have already answered this question. Where did you get the tape on zipper? In case I'm totally screwing up; I'm talking about the red "tape" that suddenly turned into a zipper opening. I could really use that!!
Very thoughtful to mention Steve Wallis today - Even though we will never meet, we are all a community and when one suffers a loss like he did, the community needs to come together. You're a class act. Also, a great build today - You put in tons of work that the rest of us can only imagine.
As a Canadian, your shout out to Steve is appreciated. You both are great people and I love both of your content. I didn't think anything Canadian mattered to Americans. Thanks for proving me wrong .
What happened to beautiful wife and the pain and heartache that Steve is going thru is felt by many far and wide. Steve has touched many of our lives with his videos, I for one am grateful for each of his videos and look forward to hearing from him whenever that may be comfortable for him.

Steve's story broke my heart... Thank you for showing your support. I know he thinks a lot of you, especially your knot tying skills. Rest in peace Jess Wallis. Beautiful lady gone way way too soon. Thanks for the shelter idea...love it!
Such an awesome build as always, love the "hobo hot-tent. I'm a longtime follower of Steve's channel, my deepest condolences to him, his family and friends, such a tragedy to happen to a really nice and kind hearted guy.
Very nice of you to mention Camping with Steve. . . He's a unique and genuine content creator and I hope he finds some solace from family and friends. . .

Appreciate your shout out to Steve, he is a great guy n it's so sad his wife passed. The day he aired the video taking about what happened (the25th) was the 9 yr anniversary of my son's passing. I left him a comment n sent him prayers. I hope he is able to be ok.

Thank you for supporting and for mentioning Steve Wallis. He's an extremely awesome dude that is going through a tremendously difficult time. Happy to see the RUclips community helping each other out.
Been a huge fan of Steve's, and just randomly got your video from 2 months ago on my right side scroll bar... mad props for plugging Steve, not many people realize he posted his 5th anniversary announcement on his channel something like a month or two before his personal tragedy struck. He is a good guy, take care of that man. If I knew how to ping him in my comment, I would.
Been watching Steve almost as long as I've been watching you. It broke my heart watching him explain the tragedy. When he regains his sense of normalcy, a collaboration between the two of you would be amazing. Overnight bushcraft behind some dumpsters in a parking lot. Actually, that kind of video may help people without houses!
I follow Steve and was devastated for him to hear the news. I find it amazing how RUclips is huge but as big as it is, it can be such a small tightnit community at the same time. It touched me how you asked this community to think of and go to Steve's page.
Thanks for the mention for Steve. You two guys make up 90% of my youtubeness. Yours for the skills (especially knots) and Steve for the relaxation (and Alberta cluster knots). Class act all the way. Thanks Corporal. Keep makin em and I'll keep watchin em.
I have been camping for over 52 years. Mother use to send my father out looking for me on the woods during summer breaks. Don't want to sound like a know it all by no means but your videos have taught me several things I never thought of thanks and keep up the good work. P.S. love that breakfast frying pan what a find.
I've commented before about how your videos have inspired me to get back into camping, hiking, hunting, etc. but I've now gone one step further and bought 100 acres for my own recreation...conservation land to the east, crown land to the north. The only bad part is I'll be spending more weekends there and won't be seeing your Sunday uploads...but I'll be sure to catch up early in the week.
Excellent demo as always. Classic wall tent. Once upon a time this was the standard for explorers, camping trips, even armies. Fold up the tarp and cut new poles when you move on. Basic lashing construction skills are so very underrated by so many of the current bushcrafty "personalities". Even if you're not looking to make a survival shelter or primitive camp, being able to lash up a few bi-pods or tri-pods means that instead of the drippy blue tarp being held up awkwardly by whatever trees are available (that are never in just the right spot) you can set up a snug canopy at whatever family camp-out or backyard gathering suddenly need some extra cover from rain (or sun).
Heart breaking what Steve is going through.. You made me proud by mentioning him. As to your shelter I loved it.. think of how much tents cost compared to what your built..
I love Steve! I follow Steve's channel because recently I just started hammock camping, I've bought myself a couple hammocks so my daughter and I could be outside together and have some fun. I like Steve, I'm new to his channel but I enjoy stealth camping videos. I've At least seen four or five of his videos of him stealth camping in some what remote areas that is, I love the vids so much. He's a good guy and I'm glad that you follow him too! It's sad to know about his wife and I hope he bounces back. Love his vids and I enjoy watching yours, they've helped me understand alot.
I’m glad you said something about Steve that is a huge loss. Been watching both of you for awhile. Happy you saw that fraud popping off about you guys. Thanks and keep going.
This was so cool! I did something very similar my first year of marraige using tarps like this. My husband and I were (willingly not forced) homeless. Before the dead of winter, I went to thrift stores and bought as many used blankets as I could. I Insulated the inside and outside of my tarp house with zip ties, ducktape, emergency blankets (those cheap heat reflecting things), leaves, blankets, plastic bags, and anything else I could find. My husband and I built a bed out of some bullcrap. And we stayed warm through the whole winter for the most part using candles and bodily friction. It wasn't always comfortable, but we made it work! This video brought back some great memories for me. Thanks for sharing your creation!
Everyone please keep Steve Wallis in your thoughts and prayers please. His wife just died a few days ago! I always wanted to see these two camp and one do his way and the other theirs. Love you all both. Corporal that was extremely nice for you to say!!! My respect to you sir!!!!!
Corporal, I'm glad you brought up Steve because I was going to pass on that information. From what I've read in the comments so far, there has been a huge groundswell of support. Both he and his wife are relatively young, so this was a total shock. And, so soon after his channel hit one million subscribers. As he says, Rest in Peace - Beautiful Wife.
Brother we what you for you, not any knock offs or copyrighted. You have your following because of you, and your followers and I stand behind you! Keep America 🇺🇸 great brother
Has a small time RUclips channel owner, what you express in the end here is absolutely true. You work really hard for your content, and it shows in how many subscribers you have, and how good your content actually is.
Another Sunday, another outstanding overnighter. Corp, you never disappoint. I'm really digging the hobo and off grid cabin content. For some reason, I feel that is more realistic for more people than just taking a Swiss army knife and some rope and building a homestead. But I like that content too. Lol. Anyways keep it up Corp. Often imitated, never duplicated.
Thanks for mentioning Steve and his channel. He and you are 2 of a handful of channels that I regularly watch. Keep up the great videos and may God bless you.
Another great video thanks for you hard work and also for a shout out to camping with Steve. His wife aka Beautiful Wife passed away in her sleep. Steve does stealth camping all over Canada and where ever he goes a fun channel with laughter and adventure. Hopefully he does when he is ready comes back strong to RUclips.
I’ve always watched you and Steve, I found out about his wife’s passing when he tried to announce it on his video. I felt horrible for him, he barely got through trying to explain what happened. I can’t even begin to imagine the feeling that ran through him. Thank you to everyone that reaches out to Steve with a caring heart and hand. 🙏🏻😇
Good on you for lifting up Steve Wallis at this sad time. Steve is not so much a bush-crafter, but he is a great entertainer with his many exploits. We learn about new camping products that assist him in his stealth adventures. Well worth a watch if only for the enjoyment he shares with us. Who knows, any of us could find ourselves in a bad situation where we are forced to stealth camp out of necessity. While sharing his grief, Steve asked that we honor his "Beautiful Wife" by helping others. Something she so often did in life.

Everyone please keep Steve Wallis in your thoughts and prayers please. His wife just died a few days ago! I always wanted to see these two camp and one do his way and the other theirs. Love you all both. Corporal that was extremely nice for you to say!!! My respect to you sir!!!!!
Will be 🙏🏼 for Steve and his family!!!
@@seisies-mama we all need to support everyone!!! Thank you!!!!!
Thank you for your kind words for camping with steve
It was good of you to give Steve Wallis a shout out in his time of need.
Yes sir.ive been watching Steve for years.im glad he's back at it again
Thanks for mentioning Steve and his channel. He and you are 2 of a handful of channels that I regularly watch. Keep up the great videos and may God bless you.
Another great video thanks for you hard work and also for a shout out to camping with Steve. His wife aka Beautiful Wife passed away in her sleep. Steve does stealth camping all over Canada and where ever he goes a fun channel with laughter and adventure. Hopefully he does when he is ready comes back strong to RUclips.
Nice tribute to Camping With Steve. I enjoy his videos. I learn from yours (and enjoy your dark humor).
