Wow! Amazing! Steady, technically superior, nearly perfect. Even got nuance cymbal back beats right. Neil would be proud and impressed if he watched this.
Oooooo.....Waited for that high hat / snare drum groove moment at 3:03......and YOU DIDN'T DISAPPOINT!!! Nailed it!!! You're drumming is PHENOMENAL!!! 🤘🏻🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁🤘🏻
I think the professor’s unspoken yet communicated message is that you can replace the other two but his drumming and prolific lyrics writing cannot be replaced.
So Neal has taken a well-earned retirement after crafting a catalog of technically complex yet very listenable (talking to you Dream Theater) drum parts. Alec and Geddy still want to play live. This guy can execute Neal’s parts fluidly. Just saying...
@@Ebidle As a non prog fan, i can speak a little, coming from the ''punk rock school'' where songs don't last more than 4 minutes you don't find more than 5 chords maybe, i never really enjoyed listen to progressive stuff, when Neil died, i tried to listen to a couple of songs i already knew, like Temples or Syrinx, Fly by night, YYZ and Limelight, i don't know if it's because of Neil's passing, that kinda touched me, because even though i wasn't a Rush fan, i grew in a world where 98% of the people considered him the greatest drummer of all time, but anyways, since January Rush is one of the bands i listen the most, and i still don't feel comfortable listening to prog, but i like Rush, even songs like La Villa or I think i'm going bald, with Dream theater, it's not the same, not at all, so i can tell you, as a non prog person, Rush is way more enjoyable.
Hello! Great performance, this is a hard and funny song, congratulations! I need to ask you a big favor. Can you send me the backing track, please? Thanks in advance!
Every drum part of any Rush song is a workout.

Very impressive!! Peart was great and your drumming is right there.

This is one of my favorite songs to play on the drums, well done.
Simply stunning.
Deserves more views.
Fantastic! Kit sounds great, too.
Those cymbals sound great
Perfection. Beautifully done.

You can’t replace any of them,neither could zeppelin,though P&P tried🤬
He gets my vote. Bravo!
Brilliant
This is beyond amazing! Absolutely precise. Only one minor criticism....... that China sounds off to me.....🤷🏻♂️
Another example of why Neil is my fave drummer!
Sterling Fuentes how do you get drumless original songs for your covers?
awesome work
Bravo...what kind of china accent cymbal is that? So hard for me to find the right one.
He said they are a customs but he polished off the logo.
❤ great set
Great job

Hey I don't appreciate that dig at Dream Theater
Dream theater is godly😤
That dig @ Dream Theater was on point. Nobody makes intricate drumming as listenable as Neil.

Dream theatre is more fun to play and more challenging imo

I’m pretty sure he just uses the original song. He play so good you can’t hear it 😁 unless he’s off of course which has happened before
@@jacobpotts7954 Yeah, he uses the original song, but puts his drums louder than the song.
Wow! Most excellent.
I know it’s completely differed but watching how many different drums he uses is still brilliant
I heard Geddy and Alex were looking for you😮 😊
dude that kit is insane
Awesome 👍
Great job!
Is that hard to do? It looks kinda hard...
I love 'harmony humming' starting @2:51.
Neil is happy!
that was great
r u using oak sticks?
BAD ASS PLAYING
New drum kit?
I think he’s had this kit, since he started posting videos on RUclips.
perfect!!
Neil was the best, hands down.
Did he steal Neil’s drum kit?
My dream was to imitate neil peart until i saw this drummer 🙃
