On their website you will find a great free video demonstrating how to build up noticeable muscle very fast whilst burning body fat at the same time. James and plenty other guys experienced great results because of this approach. Hopefully it works for you as well...

@@htcrack I think you got things mixed up because this guy didn't even compete at the Arnold Classic in 2015. He did the following years but he was never a winner. Obviously, not to take any credit away from him because he must be doing something right if he's a top level competitor lol.

강경원 선수만큼 고립잘시키는 선수 몇이나될까 아놀드클래식우승자한태 훈수두는거보소 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ가동범위가 짧은건 외측광근을 찍어누르는 느낌으로하면 풀로 안앉아도 그만큼 고립시킬수있음. 그걸 잘하시는거고 저정도 위치에 오르신분이면 다 이유가 있는법임 자신이 아는게 다고 옳다는 생각 버리시길....
