Now thats how you cook octopus properly. I saw many videos about how to have a soft and tender octopus. Some say cook it for 5-10mins, Some also say 45minutes because beyond that octopus will get rubbery but i tried it all and it doesn't work at all! Its still rubbery. But this one is the best and legit video of all thanks!.
Hey, thanks a lot! It’s actually all has science behind it. For the squid/calamari there is a 40/40 rule. You may either cook it for 40 seconds or for 40 mins. This is due the the protein structure in them. With octopus, they have stronger protein connections, that’s why you just have to cook them slightly longer. Try it anyway, and you won’t be disappointed 😉
Hiii ! I want to thank you , i tried that dish and it was so delicious and good smell with herbals but i didn't have that green vegetable i replace it with potatos what the name of green vegetable by the way?!
Hi, KOKO! You're great as always! The plot is very bright, the chef is cheerful and cheerful !. Unfortunately, I have never cooked an octopus. Therefore, I can not appreciate the taste of this dish. But my intuition and theoretical knowledge suggest that the cooking time should be 10-12 minutes for this individual. And I would bake no longer than 10-15 minutes. And I would love to see asparagus steamed and served as a side dish. Please forgive me for my insolence. Successful recipes!

Hey. Great video! Looks delicious. I was wondering what kind of octopus that is? Also, was it frozen before?
Hey, thanks for the question. Since we live in Switzerland we don’t really have fresh octopuses here, so this one was frozen before.

Thank you ! Octopus is a bit like a squid, you either cook it very quick, or very slow, everything in between will make it like a rubber ...
