Great Video, I had my slim pro 9i for a week and had to return it. My device had an issue at 165hz where the screen brightness was doing weird breathing affect. more and lower brightness settings. have you notice anything like that?
*A heads up you can use to promote your channel is all the popular online markets just had another huge dump of fake 2 through 16tb thumb drives with Lenovo stamped on them for the most incredulous prices of 5, 10 and $20.*
@datdudeinred it's regional. Either slow to roll out or may not even bother releasing it on other regions. I was able to spec out a 4070 config on Lenovo Australia
Costco has this on sale with the i9 chip and 4060 GPU for $1,499. I’m honestly torn between this and an M3 Max MacBook Pro. The Mac will hold its value significantly better and likely last longer. But is it really worth the additional $2,000? That’s hard to believe to be honest.
Depends on the ecosystem and your use cases. Which programs are you planning to use? Do you also want to play games? Then it's a Windows laptop. Do you need a very high battery life? Then there's really only the Mac. Do you own an iPhone? Then the Mac. etc. Do you really need a Macbook for 3.500$? There are way cheaper Macs. Don't buy an M3. M2s are totally fine. Even M1s are still good enough and way cheaper. 16 GB RAM is also enough (less isn't).
Two cents to add here, the Mini Led local dimming is disabled on battery mode, it’s basically a regular IPS to save the battery. The other challenge is the battery life might not as good as other competitors (e.g. rog g14 with amd)
for coding and graphic design Which laptop should you buy? HP victus (16GB DDR4, i7 12650h, RTX 3050ti) either Dell G15 (16GB DDR5, Ryzen 7-6800H, RTX 3050Ti) I want quality and long duration. I accept other recommendations
For coding and graphics design, you should buy a MacBook Air M2 or MacBook Pro M2. If you really want a Windows laptop, get the ThinkPad P1 with the RTX Ada Generation 2000 GPU.
@@felling5850i would’ve recommended dell g15 although it’s a bit bulkier it has a Ryzen cpu which is are known to have better battery life which checks the duration box , neither of each laptops is quality because they are geared towards gaming so that’s where all the money goes, both are plastic but Hp VU the seems for sturdy to me.
Where can I find the test video that you're playing at 5:40?
My slim pro 9i 14.5" with 4060 + 32Gb Ram + 13905H is arriving on Monday and I'm so excited. (they do great discounts on Lenovo student store)
Mate, could you please review your device, I am also interested in.
How do you order it from Lenovo store with those specs? I don't even see it listed on the U.S. store
@@abcdef7660 I also have the exact same specs, though mine is arriving in a month
How was your experience using it?
@@s.harith7366 It's been delayed :(

There's supposed to be 4060 and 4070 versions of this laptop but they're so slow rolling them out
There's no 4070 even now.

Do you konw if it works with pen?
how does the build quality / materials of this (9i pro) compares to the slim pro 7i? are they exactly the same?
Hey I was wondering how is the heat and fan noise on it?

Costco is not 4060, it’s 4050. Amazon has 4060 for 1749.

Is the laptop fully aluminum or plastic around keyboard?
Someone knows why i cant find it in the oficial Spanish lenovo web???
Can this laptop be compared with a MacBook Pro ?
Since Asus killed off the Mini-LED on their G14 and G16 I think I'm switching to Lenovo lol
Oled is better
Awesome review! Thank you!
It looks like Lenovo is going to be using this label for the Legion 9i gaming notebook.
Is this good for gaming? Bought the 4050 version at Costco. Wondering if I made a good choice to game on it.
Set the resolution to 1080p and don't do any insane textures and you should be fine
How would you rate slim pro 9i against yoga slim 9 pro?
