    Looks really good! My only complaint is the arm clipping at the end
    EDIT: it's fixed

      @GoTi4No well wouldn’t it be weird seeing one of your co-workers phased through a door and act like its nothing?
      Also, it’s called criticism.

      also his feet are sliding around so its really obvious like someone thats got full body tracking in vr chat

      @@dutchdeluxe69 And notice the shadow that appears right after the mocap animation ends. Really takes you out of it.

      I think that's because the person who di the mocap is slimmer or because of Barney's thicc vest.

    Damn. This looks really good. It's a shame there was no mocap for characters in the base game. The animations from 2004 never looked right with the new models.

    Looks great! My only suggestion might be to make him sound like he’s struggling a bit so the door feels like it has weight. Perhaps rerecording his “We’ve been having problems…” line so he says it as he’s pushing rather than waiting for the animation to finish to trigger.

    looks good, but those guards really need new models, the proportions are way off

    • @stehouse
      @stehouse 2 года назад +4

      it's not model's fault. Motion capture with that quality should be used only as a reference, so collective will remade animations to make them look better in the future. Well, I think so at least, I'm no expert and no part of collective

    • @lilpif337
      @lilpif337 2 года назад

      @@stehouse do you think we really will use it as a reference? It will be just a waste of time, motion capture doesn’t work like this. It needs polishing and fixing, but remaking it and using as a reference... nah.

    this is actually a great work, way better than blocking placeholder.
    but every time, when i see a pure motion capture, i having a sinister valley effect. I mean, it is good, but need more polish. Anyway, keep it up! You making a good thing
