  • Surpass the strenth of the all stock OEM axles with this simple upgrade. You can build your axle with 35 spline 1.5" shafts and an ARB air locker for superior strength and reliability.
It is finally here and finally done. The Jeep got its super axle shafts and ARB locker. This is for the Jeep JT or JL narrow axle super dana 44. This can also be ordered for the Rubicon and Wider axle Gladiator.

Do you remember what bearings and axle seal you used? If you have the part numbers still that would be awesome.

I have question: JT rubicon has wide axle, is that mean wide shaft or wide axle tube? Because when I looking for chromoly shaft for my JT overland, the website shows that shaft only work for JT rubicon.

Hi finally I have the time to do the rear differential, I have removed just one side of differential and compared both shaft in your video shows that the original shaft its a little short that the 35 splines one. Comparing mine its the same way if I measure from the top of bearing sleeve to the end of the shaft is 28 3/8 inches and the 35 spline is 29 1/16 in. Now I’m undecided if I should proceed.

Reach out to where you bought them from and verify. Mine were the same length.

Thanks I got in touch with ECGS with Chase and Jon. Sent them pics and measurements they decide that the new axle shaft were for wide dana differential and quickly sent me a return label and they will be sending the correct ones, the shaft are on their way back to ECGS already. I want to mention that customer service of ECGS is outstanding I’m glad to be buying from them. Thanks to you as well.

By any chance do you have the part # for the 35 spline axle shaft? The east coast supply site its kind difficult to navigate thru. I’ m trying to do the same set up for my Gladiator Sport. Thanks very much for your tutorials that are very helpful 👍

You'll have to call them. They ordered these so they may have the part. I was the first to run them so they might be prototypes.

Already got de ARB 246RD locker and the 35 splines axle shaft will arrive on wednesday but the shipping paperwork says 35 spline tow max shaft and mine it’s just a JT Sport now I’am not sure if it works 😬

@@edwintorres5850 I hope you called them and worked that out! I was on the phone with East Coast Gear Spply for a while to get all the details. They did awesome and got me exactly what I wanted. It really is a miracle. LIke I stated earlier, I was the first to try it. So I lucked out and East Coast Gear SUpply has my business forever!

How do you go about ordering this setup? I have the m200 rear end but eventually I’m going to switch to the m220 non rubicon axle.

Researched. Covered it in my previous videos. Then made phone calls to hunt down all the parts.
