My husband loves when I make this. The only difference I do is I put the food processed chouriço in a frying pan with the butter and dry it a bit. So, not really a pate,but so delicious

So when i go to Portuguese store she has different kinds of chorizos she makes.

You can ask for Chourico Acoreano. You can get hot or mild chourico. Than you🥰

You can make chourico pate with store bought chourico. If you are going to buy the chourico, you may find a tasty Portuguese Chourico at a Portuguese butcher shop. I hope this helps. Thank you😘
