I love this so much! I spend countless hours trying to sort out a single house and make it perfect, meanwhile Satch plops down 3 gorgeous rowhouses in an hour... 🤯

They're coming up to be so nice. Maybe a greenhouse for the free space or a kid's playground since I imagine that they're townhomes for families.
How about making the side area a community park type area with a food stall or two? Could blend nicely with the fishing pond.

Your build got me thinking about the upcoming back. I wonder if you can make a communal laundry space. I can just imagine how chaotic that would be in terms of figuring out who’s laundry is who’s, etc but I wonder if it’s possible!
you always say you're not good at building, but i think you are, i would love to use these buildings in my game.
I think a restaurant or a Cafe or a spa? on the bottom and really tiny apartment on the top would be perfect for the last spot. It allows you to finish the simatry of the plot while adding something new. Plus they do all have pretty bug backyards.
Cottage living should have come with more British things like doors with mail slots

I love this, initially I was going to say a park/community garden. Ya know, chess, fountain, maybe a swing set then some garden boxes and a stand table or two, but then I thought about it... you've done such an amazing job with the townhouses, I now say.... do another!!! 😁🤣❤

Hmmm... I'd put in a pool and a little laundry/convenience area with some vending, or some parking, or the landlord's place/rental office/ or a party place/lounge. or all of that if I was feeling cheeky =p
For my residential rentals i always make a cinema with the get famous stuff and all my Sims end up going and watching it together
I think a cute shop would be nice, but also maybe some integration with the pond in the background

I know I’m late to the game, so you’ll probably miss this comment but in my rewatch of Twilight, my favorite is the scene, or montage really, when Bella and Jacob are building their bikes. She literally throws a piece of pizza at him and it transitions into another shot…who throws pizza!?? Like really, when have you ever been like *grab slice of pizza* “here you go mate!” And just chucked it across the room?! Hahahahah

Maybe the other leftover space could be turned into a playground/park for the resident kids? Then they could get out of the cramped surroundings and have fun outside. Remember long ago when kids actually played outside with other human children? Yeah, those were the days.

Tomorrow, the new expansion will apparently be announced. At least that's what the announced premiere in my subscriptions indicates. For the life of me, I can't imagine how they are going to turn the real estate concept into a full expansion.

How did u know? Thats so true, we girls take over the interior design at home and husband doesn't seem to have an opinion this way or that. In fact, I rearrange the house on my own about 5 times a year. And my husband has like 1/10th the possessions compared to my self and our 2 kids. Poor guy.

hey i wanted to ask as someone who loves building in the sims 3 i have a question about sims 3 create a world. i am thinking about downloading it but am a bit hesitant because it said it could cause your pc not to work or shut down. i have the sims 3 on steam and have a windows 11 and 64 bit operating system that can run a art program(krita) and some games(house flipper,resident evil 4 2005 and remake and the sims3 with out little issue and runs pretty good most of the time. i have a gaming pc and just wanted to ask has anyone had this issue and should i worry about it. like is it ok to download it?
