    Hallelujah! This is was I needed and now I know how to start and how to use and nothing is wrong with this way to use my Travellers Notebook 🎉 It must not be fancy, it should be my style and you showed me how to do. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart ❤ you helped me extremely 😊

      Yes! It’s so easy to get caught up in wanting it to be perfect, isn’t it?!

    you’ve presented very valuable information on your practices. your system is much more logical than what i’m currently doing and a second, third, or even fourth watch of this content will certainly benefit me. thank you for your thoughtful presentation! 😊

    Hi Jenn, new subscriber here. I’m so glad I found your channel! I loved your explanation of the different ways you journal and I am exactly the same. I use different ways to express or learn or remember. Primarily I write in my own handmade journals, but I also use apps like Notion and Day One. It depends on what I’m doing, when and why. It’s taken me a long time to embrace the haphazard way I journal, but it really works for me. Thank you so much for sharing your journaling and how it helps you in your daily adventures, which we all know go up and down, around and back again x

      Welcome! I like that word, “haphazard.” I think a lot of people are put off by the idea that they have to create the perfect bullet journal, so one of the things I really wanted to make sure I did whenever I show my journals here is not shy away from the fact that I’m constantly changing pens, missing days, crossing things out, and drawing less-than-great sketches.

    Love of learning is good. An active student of life is how I operate. Excellent ideas you've presented here and well organized Jenn. What I'm struggling with is connecting diverse 'notetaking, journaling and creating' material is a useful way without becoming overwhelmed with 'management'. So far the only thing I've used is color coding so I can quickly access the work.

    • @fromjenn
      @fromjenn  5 месяцев назад +1

      I struggle with that some too. I have tried using colored dots but I find it hard to be consistent with it. Mostly, I’ve just been leaving an outside margin and using that to note what information the page contains. At least it makes it easier to flip through and quickly find what I’m looking for.

      @@fromjenn Smart approach. Similar to how I did things over the years with Hobonici. I'm only experimenting with this 'travelers' notebook method. Obviously finding them narrow but it's always good to experiment a little.

      For sure! I don’t believe there’s “one true system” and our needs change over time.
