      I mess around too much to be honest. Just going in and saying eh imma do this today or na I'll do this instead. Really lousy way to make any progress but I like to just have fun with it.

    Thoughts on the open trap bar? Wondering if its my next item. Hoping to do deadlifting with it and rows mainly.

      Love my rep open trap bar for exactly what you said. Chest supported rows feel great too

      I'm with you and MrPanthers23, I mainly use it for deadlifting, rows as well as shrugs and RDLs. The knurling kills me when I add more that 2 45s on each side, but I could just be a weeny. Good for camber box squats too if you're into that, I have a bar for that but this can easily double as that.
