I’m a little surprised tolerances we’re checked with a plastic gauge. I enjoyed watching these guys tear apart, clean, repair, and reassemble everything and pay good attention to detail. I could learn from these guys. Thanks for posting 😢
They're using 'invisible' plastic gauges, pay attention...lol. Also the use of extent-handle Snap-On torque wrench was used. Did you see the use of a feeler gauge for piston ring clearance? Impressive. I never used permatex on head gaskets, maybe they know something that I do not know. On the vid they did not show any valves or head service, then again what do I know. These guys can teach engine O/H to western countries.....right!
@@caddyrack they sure could. If I were there I’d buy a few of them some electric impact wrenches with hardened sockets. I’d get them some ratchets also. They do pretty good with what they have.
@@caddyrack Coincidence but this vid was filmed in western country, exactly in Bradford, UK. These workers are new english, best integrated and super high skilled professionals.

К примеру, китайский Шантуй сд16 у него такой же двигатель с некоторыми изменениями, так там маховик в масле купается из-за ГТРа! Стартер тоже на герметик сажается, может быть здесь так же. А по поводу болта, да) и так... их вообще тянуть надо чуть ли не головкой 1/4 и вороточек маленький

torque wrench never used once, oil coolers not cleaned, valves not set, silicon used everywhere.... naive amateurs
