Every time a flash Lineage 16....There is a red message on TWRP screen "Updater process ended with ERROR: 7".....help me please!!!

i dont do performance tests for roms as I believe it all depends on the apps a user has, network signal strength , surrounding temperature and a lot of other factors which are unique each and every person.

Every time I flash rom(any) it gives me a bootloop and when I flash miui it installed but the front cam don't work

you may need to do format data from twrp
as for front camera not working in MIUI , you need to take it to service center
U must be installing only firmware vendor is necessary install both
all aosp roms are same with different skins instead use a rom of ur taste with a custom kernel depending on ur usage that if u want better battery life then go for arter if i want gpu and display overclocking then go for either mlx or fantasy kernel or extreme shid btw

Hey I saw u only flashed firmware of some 90 mb is it not necessary to flash vendor+firm which in 500+ mb will this cause boot-loop pls reply soon

not sure why you are not using TWRP and following the video. i dont use adb sideload so I dont know about it.
as for magisk bootloop, make sure you are using latest magisk zip

if still bootloop, then you need to report in rom thread with logs.
