Is the Drake-Rick Ross Rap Feud the Modern-Day Tupac vs. Biggie? | Ep 733

  • Rapper Rick Ross and his entourage were allegedly jumped after playing Kendrick Lamar’s recent diss track, “Not Like Us,” to mock Drake during a show in his home territory of Canada. With Lamar’s diss track being the hottest song of the summer, the cultural rot of rap continues to plague America. Jason says the song is one of the most divisive and grotesque messages ever recorded by the music industry and furthers the plot to remove the virtues of the Bible with a secular worldview.

    I think Jason is off in identifying Kendrick as the bad guy here. While all the participants of this beef are part of the nihilistic music industry, Drake is not an innocent by stander who is victim to Kendrick attacks. This song was the culmination of back and forth from both parties. Which includes a claim that Kendrick beats his wife. The not like us song has spread further because of its catchy tune, Drakes entourage of those accused of sex offenses, and drakes actions on camera that resemble Joe Biden when around young girls. Maybe there are no heroes in this conflict but there definitely is no way of identifying "the bad guy"

    • @Riles3152
      @Riles3152 9 дней назад

      Yeah, interesting how Jason never mentioned “family matters”. Or drakes music where he speaks on Poppin pills and irresponsible behavior like that. Jason loves to tell everybody how much of a journalist he is, but it’s clear on certain topics or subjects he speaks on, that he hasn’t performed possibly even a respectable level of research and homework. And he can get away with it because most of his audience won’t fact check or verify what he’s saying because it’s “ghetto rappers” he’s attacking, so they’ll just cheer it on regardless.

      It does revolve around the father's but it'll never be fixed at this point because the women largely follow the norms of popular forced govt culture which has been going on for over sixty years now.
      Their beliefs are 180° from every other race in actions. And this doesn't necessarily equate to just black women, it's not women from Africa who come over, it's mainly American black women.
      The culture will continue to be pushed into a complete nihilistic victim hood view for them and it'll make them guilty to ever try to escape that mentality and align w what the govt deems as 'white supremacy'.
      The govt needs to keep American black women in this constant state of victim hood.
      It's incredibly hard to escape that and getting a large portion of the 16 million to escape is damn near impossible when they've been beaten down w this worldview since the day they were born.

    Whats sad about Kendrick is that when he first came out, he was somewhat outspoken about his Christian, Biblical worldview. Over the years, though his views became more vague and ambivalent. His last album seemed to lean much more into a new age philosophy. I know people who aren’t familiar with Kendrick Lamar, and will only rigidly see him as a stereotypical rapper, but the truth is, he was blessed with a brilliant mind for lyrical creativity. A gift of gab more over. I think he’s entering a dangerous level of influence over our generation and parents should especially be aware of that.

    I’m not sure we all have the same Father, Jason. I think it would be better put to say that we all CAN have the same Father if we accept Jesus Christ but not all do.
    Therefore, we all do not have the same Father as unfortunately, some have selected the enemy to be theirs. The father of lies (John 8:44).

    I like jason but i have to push back just a little. The reason you see wytes playing this song is probably due to the content. Drake is an interracial rapper whos other race we cant discuss openly. He has a group called ovo, what could that mean other than the pedo god moloch. We as african americans mostly dont see the connection cause most of us assumes drake is wyte. Wytes on the other hand know their history. Candace owens has been good enough to educate us on some of these things.

    I don't listen to today's secular music for this very reason. It is filled with debauchery, murderous, hate filled, self-promoting, insulting, etc, etc, etc. The music today is a division tool, whereas yesterday music used to bring us together. Today's youth don't see it because they are young and dumb to that fact, but their parents allow this to influence their children and even may consider there is nothing wrong with it. Sad.
