Exploring an east side Austin neighborhood (Texas day trip vlog)

This is a walk around the east 12th street district in Austin. This is one of a a number of interesting little areas around East Austin that you can spot driving around. There are some cool little bars around here and restaurants and coffee and barber shops along with new apartment complexes popping up. Sam's BBQ is a popular and historic spot for finding some BBQ. Dear Diary Coffee hosts on open mic on Sunday afternoons, and King Bee is a pretty cool place to catch music. Ultimately I made it over to The Hole in the Wall to play their songwriter happy hour. Good times
