This game took the exact reason why GTA was so popular(going on rampages) and turned it into a really fun game with great humor and awesome gameplay.
A concept that later games failed to get and choose not to put in sandboxes and open worlds.

My guy, why don't you upgrade ever? It makes it much easier. And it's frustrating watching you play just guns blazing. Also, there's no point in taking a disguise if you aren't going to scan thoughts to keep your PK up. Lastly, you don't have to go to your saucer to return to the Mothership.

I remember I used to play this game, what I don’t remember is that I keep on having nightmares after I play it. My parents once said to me, that every time I play Destroy All Humans it always gave me nightmares and I always seem to play it again. It got a little out of hand that my parents hid it so the nightmares will stop and I never got to find it. That is, after almost over ten years my parents revealed where they hid it, on top of our fridge 😂

Yeah, sometimes you can find more interesting stuff that way, like NPCs you can hypnotize into doing certain stuff for instance.

Yes. Played this way to long when I was a kid.. Have the Xbox one version from game pass. I like how the ps2 version looks better but they updated some maps for exploration.

Yknow somthing funny? The remake is exactly how I remember it! When the graphics hadn’t yet become dated and the gameplay wasn’t primitive. But I remember the days when you played a video game it transported you to another time and place completely immersi g you in its world. You’ll lose track of time and then when you realized it’s 3am you can go to bed and play in the morning or afternoon. Sadly I don’t have that luxury most of the time but still love this game! I have don’t exactly that!
Went from this to a sequal to a wii game to a weird game to a remake and finally were getting destroy all humans 2 remake.

They did a good job remaking that last boss battle. It was a proper bullet hell in the remake and removing her vulnerability to the zap-o-matic's paralysis leaves very little breathing room

Did anyone unlock the movie in the game? It was an old black and white sci fi movie. I think it was called Teenagers From Outerspace or something like that.
Ngl I like the original better than the remake. The remake changed too much; if they just fixed the graphics a bit, then I’d be fine. But they changed the UI, some audio, and at times they didn’t do well on the cutscenes. The original has a better feel for me.
