Glad I'm not the only one who struggles a bit with changing from 2.79, tried a bunch of times to get comfortable with 2.8+, maybe I just need to try a little harder.
Changing is always a little frustrating but 2.80 is basically a re skinned 2.79 so it's much easier finding your way around compared to learning a completely new program. I'll do all my videos in 2.8 - 2.90 from now on, might help others to see where everything is located.
Hi Paul, recently I have been jumping back in to learning blender (currently with 2.83). I have been a long time user of maya among other 3D software, and the small bits that I have played with I quite like. Just wondering, Does the issue also occur in .83? Also, do you use many plugins? If so, would you be able to do a quick video on which you might recommend or have turned on, even if they are paid? Thanks for the channel and the sharing of your work and skills.
