      Literally "shoryuken" means "rising dragon fist." This is why "dragon punch" is used to describe a shoryuken.

    Do have a dp into qcb,hcf+p shortcut? Likes terry and kyo's dp into qcb,hcf+p combo
    On stick you can do dp with hcb,f+p alternate input and then hcf+p for super, the reason we do dp wirh alternate is to avoid cancelling into qcfx2 motion

    There's an other way to do the dragon punch motion witch is really helpfull specialy in King of fighter while most of the combos and link are made with the special normal who's input is forward and kick or punch. You let forward push and then you push back and after down , you roll your finger the same way you do your hadoken motion. So it's like you let forward push and you do a hadoken with the two other finger in the same direction you push forward. With this it's easy to link your forward special normal input with a shoryu motion just after. I don't know if it's clear but i hope it will help 😁

      It's à little bit different because your method is to push forward and then push back and down at the same time then just release back and push punch. I pish forward then do exactly the dame motion as a hadoken with the two other fingers while let forward push and press punch when i finish with just forward being push. I feel this way easier because it feel strange for me and not confortable to just release 1 finger. Maybe someone will be like me and my comment will help ! More important is that the two methods fits well for kof for the reason i mentioned before and that it can be done because Hitbox is a great controller 😁
