What if the light is solid green while in the charger but the hearing aid will not turn on after removing from charger? Is there a reset method? This one does not have a toggle but only a single button/light

Hello! When you say it won't turn on, do you mean it doesn't make sound after removed from the charger? If that's the case, you might need to clean your devices. If it still won't make a sound, then it may require repair. Call our office and we will be able to help you. 718-745-6363
