Batman and his little gun won’t stand a chance. And this is also assuming a 1 on 1 confrontation. If Max has Bobby Drake (Iceman) and Amara Aquilla (Magma) with him, well, X-Men #11 (from 2020) of the Krakoa Era has exactly how deadly that combination can be. Magma can bring lava to the surface, so let’s say she brings 20 tons of liquid iron to he surface near Gotham, Iceman cools it down, rapidly to prevent the loss of innocent life and damage to the city. Then Magneto has a bunch of broken metal with sharp edges. Whatever shall he do with that? Current/recent comics have had most every mutant running together, you mess with one, you mess with them all.
@SuperMrDeadpool Wooden guns are effective against Magneto. Mr. Fantastic of the Fantastic Four used one in the cartoon to effectively fool the Master of Magnetism, defeated him with mind games. Magneto was dejected when he found out that the gun Mr. Fantastic used was made of wood. Mr. Fantastic knew that Magneto used his powers on any and all things metal, so he (Mr. Fantastic) figured he could beat Magneto by using his brain (his best weapon) and a little bit of wood.
If Amanda Waller found used for magneto for a task X program she would have to use a plastic bomb implanted in his neck as well as a plastic detonator. Also sample of his magnetic power through his blood would probably prove useful for science. Also, Batman‘s next contingency plan should be about the scarlet, witch, a.k.a., Wanda and contingency plan code the grimhold.
Magneto has 100% control of the iron in his blood, to the point where he can live without a heart if he needs. With that in mind I feel like any bomb put in him he could freely move around and expel it from him somehow

1) Batman doesn't use firearms. 2) You did Magneto a disservice by not just saying straight out he was an inmate at Auschwitz, as that is THE major experience that shaped his entire life.
Batman's use of firearms is inconsistent throughout the comics, so I took a version where he was the more lenient towards it. As for Magneto's experience during the Holocaust, I didn't go into details because most people knowing his character are already aware of his backstory.
Better code would be one of her different cape names from somewhere in her career. If he's doing Skitter, have the code be Weaver. If he's doing Khepri, have it be Skitter. Etc. Less than 1% chance this guy does any characters from Worm though. It's too niche.
A couple things 1. That is not how the Red Death gained his abilities, as he forcibly merged that universes Barry together with himself, meaning it’s not the suit that grants him his power 2. Magneto, as a couple other comments have mentioned, can manipulate the metal in the human body, if he is going for the kill, then he will do so with ease 3. Magneto’s power level in this video seems more akin to the movies rather than the comics, with him last year able to survive without his heart due to using his powers to continue blood flow and survive for a limited time, meaning his durability is much higher 4. While in theory the tranq idea would be a decent idea, Bruce would not have access to the red death’s uniform, and even if Magnus is hit by a tranq, it will take more than one to take him down and by that point it becomes a different fight entirely. 5. It's a nice touch that Bruce prefers to use the term Metahuman that the DC Universe prefers to refer to all people with superpowers since the people in the DC Universe are less racist towards people with powers as a whole and more idealistic. Something highlighted in the JLA/Avengers crossover.
I was expecting a net launcher that's laced with some device that reacts to magnetism. A cloth net that could 'short out' Magneto's power by overloading it with electricity when he tries to use his powers. Yes, I just theorized an anti-magnetic taser net. I know it was referenced, but I find it hilarious if Batman were to threaten Magneto with a wooden gun, but would be unable to pick up a real firearm and do it. But some folks need a Bat-Sniper, I guess.

If Magneto knows your there, or that he's in danger, you're pretty much done. The speed suit will just make it so you can get away to try again later. Because once Magneto knows he's in danger, all he has to do is put up his magnetic shield and incorporate it with any number of flying objects he needs. It's the perfect defense. There is no soft point because it's a field, not a wall. If he wanted, he could rip the steel out of a car, twist it into metal wire, and have that wire spin around him in a nigh invisible, moving net so he can see what's happening, but still protected. Long story short. Batman be underestimating the Master of Magnetism. Should be a fun fight.
