Man, if the Ultimate Avengers had a third film, it would've introduced the Ultimate X-Men, Ultimate Fantastic Four, and Ultimate Spider-Man. But also more of the villains like Ultimate Magneto, Ultimate Thanos, Ultimate Doctor Doom, and Ultimate Green Goblin. I love the Ultimate Universe.
@JoJo_Joestar I agree. I just found and saw the first movie again since I was a kid and I wish whoever made these made more. I also wish they made spinoff for the ultimate fantastic four, x men and spiderman
@@UltimateSpider1385 not if you actually saw the movie: it was years in the future, their kids. not another dimension, just the same but turned out horrible
8:23 ... Did we watch the same movie? Hulk not only successfully picked up Thor’s hammer, but threw it at him, taking Thor out for the remainder of the fight. The Avengers didn’t even try to jump him while he was picking up the hammer.
To this day this is my favorite version of Bruce/Hulk outside comics. Hes just...a mess. He has severe depression, constantky exhausted, sounds tired of living, and looks disheveled. Poor guy's voice and appearance tells the entire hulk story without seeing the hulk yet. And the final fight with him was pure comic accurate Hulk. He solo'd the avengers and they stood no chance against him even working together. The only thing that saved them was Betty who is the only one that can calm him down. I also like how the final fight isnt with the Chitauri or main villain, but with their friend who lost control. I remember my father and me watching this movie together as a kid. When the Hulk was defeated he said out loud "Now THAT is a fight". Disney/MCU couldnt come remotely close to this Hulk if they tried.
The ultimate universe had so much potential, and in the early days, it lived up to it (mostly). Then it just got really bad. REALLY Bad. They made the “heroes” to terrible things like kill innocents, arms dealing with terrorist, hire former terrorist to be a special ops team, and being terrible people in general. And I haven’t even brought up insets and cannibalism. Plus the global and dimensional genocide.
I loved this movie as a kid and even the sequal, mostly for the Hulk stuff. While the first movie shows more of what the Hulk did to Bruce's life, the 2nd feels far more about what Bruce let the Hulk do to his life, where in other media like Earth's Mightest Heros Banner tried to turn the Hulk into a force for good despite what it had costs him and what it would cost him, this version of Bruce threw away everything he still had to try and get rid of him. Seeing him get excited talking to Betty in the 2nd movie only for her to turn away broke me especially since in the end he did kinda get what he wanted, but its framed as a sad ending, as he can no longer get back what he once had.
Really when i hear ultimate version i imagine a combination of all the stuff we love and combine different attributes and a legacy style basically that stuff and somewhat realism kinda like mcu or aligned contonuity transformers Better than the original ultimates comic universe thankfully in this we don't have canabalism
I kind of compare the Ultimate universe to whats going on with Star Trek right now, except Marvel did it right: They gave us a Modern take on the franchise(s), without invalidating the original setting that inspired it (and in the end it proved a good thing, since the Modern take eventually died). With Paramount/CBS, they are giving us their 'Ultimate' take on Star Trek (with prequels emulating the look of the reboot movies, which strangely enough state they are in an 'Alternate Timeline'), but they are making their 'Ultimate Universe' the Official Universe, so just forget everything that came before, and are possibly paying the price with declining viewership to New Trek (well, except for Picard Season 3, the only New Trek I actually signed up to Paramount+ to watch, and from what I hear MANY Old Trekkies did the same, just to prove how giving us what we want can affect their bottom line).
mostly obscure? no. not by a longshot. he was actually well known to the point that he was in his own series already. he wasn’t popular, but he wasn’t unknown let alone obscure. the big four Avengers were all known, just not successful on their own in the way that Wolverine or Spider-Man were. the obscure one was Ant-Man and Wasp, their only big moment in the spotlight was in the derided “Avengers: United They Stand” cartoon.

I did not know Wasp flased hulk and i love that she did. Made me chuckle cause he's still a man, so of course that took him by surprise. Edit: I just got to horny hammer part and now I wish I read the Ultimate comics back then cause I'm sure they're not the same now. Cause even if it would've pissed me off, that line was funny and so out of character for hulk that couldn't help but laugh. Like how do you respond to that in the middle of a fight
That line from Ultimate Captain America is so iconic. I like the version a lot, but at time i didn't like main universe version over time i like the main universe more and Ultimate version is still same. In the end i like the Ultimate version more and is more realistic, but as Captain America should be the main version is better. The Ultimate universe version of Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver only had each other since childhood and were clearly being abused a lot. During the puberty they mixed a lot of signals up, hence their relationship happens. In context their relationship makes sense, still is a creepy/disturbing, heck even more so with added context.
Bad news: All have sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God and the punishment for that is death. The good news: Jesus Christ, the Son of God, took our punishment for us when he died on the cross for our sins. He rose from the dead 3 days later and defeated sin, death, the devil, and hell. By putting your faith in him as lord and savior you will be saved. I pray to see you in heaven one day, GOD BLESS!

That ultimate Avengers movie was ahead of its time. Caps voice actor sounds like Chris Evans (Even though it’s not).
Can we talk about Cap in this movie?? He was genuinely throwing hands with the Hulk, this Cap was a beast dude.
This is one of those times where animated ver is better than comics. Who said some level of filter was a bad thing?
Cap is much more Cap in this film than anything in the Ultimate comics
