DACIA, I just started Mary Kay again after a long illness, so you are my new binge watching buddy ! I live in Taylors, South Carolina, but I was born in California & grew up in Pensacola, Florida! I appreciate your training and tutorials, etc.!!! I have a RUclips channel as well called Wendy Parcell, I'm the pink lighthouse icon! My goal is to start doing skin care & make up tutorials and training videos also! You and other Mary Kay Leaders have inspired me, so thank you !!! Keep caring & sharing Lady!!
In other words. Buy inventory because you'll lose them sales because otherwise people have to wait a month to get a lipstick, unless it's close to the order date abd they may nit have enough orders to put in immediately. If you're wondering why MLMs say you don't need previous experience, it's because they want you to pay to go to events yourself. Well, its obviously your business, what do you expect? No. It usnt your business. They want you to sign up and then buy everything and then oay you a pittance in commission. This person recruited probably thousands of people. All MLM's are product, or service based pyramid schemes.
The best Directors, encourage their Consultants to buy testers, Not inventory. Why? Inventory gets old. Some products are only good for 3 months, 6, or 3 years. So best to not buy inventory. Best to buy testers. If they can feel it, try it, they are more likely to buy it.
I agree. Like the testers idea. Also many want to only buy the product so being a personal use consultant and purchasing every 3 months works for them.
She just wants people to buy because then you're the customer. That's what every MLM does. Gets you to buy products, charge a monthly fee for a site and then recruit others under you. I mean hie can you sell a product without using it?.......
First of all a person has not started a business. A business means you have control of the product and price point. Let's face it, the Inventory is simply for the Distributor to buy your products, so they become a customer and the person in your upline makes money of og you, like every MLM. Then if people lose money *99%* of people, they then sell on amazon at a loss to get rid of their bunker of products.
She never addresses what to do when you can’t sell all of your inventory or when the inventory expires. So the video is pointless. I like the buying of “testers” idea @KeepinitReal, which makes perfect sense. But pyramid marketing schemes like Mary Kay does not pay you to sell. It pays you to buy. Backwards.
❤
