People talk down on restricting and cutting out certain foods, but the reality is that many things we call "food" should not even be in existence and we should have never been eating them in the first place. Replacing highly processed / foods with many additives with whole foods is the key.
I mean, you're not wrong about the crap that's sold as "food", but that's sort of off topic for this vid. It's great to eat clean, yes, but you can get fat on pretty much any food. Junk or not. Healthy and helpful, yes, but not the cure for obesity/gaining weight.
Eventually we get to the next chapter in the game where we realize we put the wrong things in our body and once we start putting the right things we overfeed ourselves...calorie restriction is a thing for a reason...you can gain weight on a vegan diet
I thought he was talking about me, I lost 100 pounds thinking I would never gain it back because of my new mindset but yet here I am bigger than I was before
I once lost 70 lbs very quickly and easily. I was in perfect health. But, the kicker was I didn’t realize what I was doing was unsustainable. I was working out 2 hours a day, five days a week, zero carbs, hardcore diet and workout. Gained back all 70 over 2 years when I slowed down. Recently, I realized some things about myself and that whatever you do, the key is that it’s sustainable with your lifestyle. So, I made the choice to limit sugars and ultra processed carbohydrates, as well as food-like objects. My exercise will mainly be what I get through the day, plus extra when I can fit it in. I’m down 23 lbs and my diet hasn’t changed much: I eat potatoes and other Whole Foods. But, I stay away from the things I KNOW I’m addicted to (sugar, sweets, etc). If it’s sweet, it’s fruit. No honey buns or gallons of ice cream in the freezer. Because, I know one bite will fire up my addiction again and I’ll be right back where I was. In my mind, sugar is oxycodone and I’m just trying to stay clean.
I've lost 100lbs + 5 times in my life. 5 times gained it back and then sum. My last weight gain was over 160lbs. My blood pressure got so out of control that I was prone to having a stroke any minute. I said enough was enough. I got Gastric Sleeve Surgery. The best decision I've ever made in my life. I no longer care about food, crave foods, care to overeat, and most importantly, I cannot overeat like i used to before. I follow a high protein, high fiber diet, (same diet I've lost weight with before) and I'm good. Losing weight naturally leaves you competing against ghrelin and leptin; will power can be used to combat it but a couple rough nights of sleep, something bad happens, will power goes out the door and you're back to gaining again. Good luck everyone.
Congrats on staying in the fight! Keep fighting, because, while "they" don't talk about it, there are many who regain all the weight and then some years after the surgery. Wishing you all the strength and resources to keep to your goals. ❤

I truly believe that obesity has an extremely demonic principality behind it that’s hovers above the USA. Our portion sizes, our fast food options, our lifestyle…all deeply embedded in our culture making us fat and sick. And it’s one of the most difficult things to overcome. I had to pray and fast earlier this year because I have not been able to keep my weight under control. Only through intense fasting and prayer was I able to break the stronghold of sugar and by the grace of God, I’ve been able to maintain a sugar free diet since the summer.
You are so on point with this. Last January I prayed and fasted. Ask God for help in my journey. I went from 230 to 185. Then I got shot and to be honest I was upset with God. Since then I've gained it all back. Im currently back fasting and mending our relationship and down to 214 and counting 🙌🏽🙏🏽
It’s tough. I started at 406 in 2018, got down to 276. Currently back up to 323. It’s all mental. Giving myself 1 cheat meal per week & not buying junk food (potato chips) so I dont have easy access to it seems to work for me.
Your journey speaks volumes about the challenges of weight management. It's incredible that you've made progress before, and recognizing the mental aspect is a big step. Which is my biggest fear should I achieve the goal of being lean, I meannnnn......... Even if I already achieved the ideal body weight, will I ever fall back to bad eating habits, unable to actively move, etc? How can I stay lean for many years to come? What's the point of staying lean if I can't even keep my good habits? I'm always overthinking about the consequences that I will take once I achieve body weight goals, the fear of falling down to old and bad habits that could gain weight back is great. The fear of failure in maintaining the body habit is also great. It's exhausting 😢😢😢
Maintaining progress is indeed a journey that involves a shift in mindset and continuous education. Your awareness of these factors is key to long-term success. Keep up the positive efforts!
Loving yourself is critical. How you treat your body lets you know if you love yourself or not. The way I treat my body now compared to how I treated it before helped me realize that I did not love myself. I did not value my health as much as I valued the taste of food. Hyper palatable food was all that was acceptable to me. Now I don't want it. My mindset shifted completely. A food does not have to please my tongue. That is not why I eat food. Food is for energy and sustenance and health. I value feeling good over everything else. If a food has the potential to compromise my health then I don't want it. I was a food addict and I am over it now! Whatever shift that needed to occur in my mind, it occurred and I thank God it did because I don't struggle with food anymore.
Intermittent fasting made it possible for me. Lost over 110 pounds. After a while it got so easy. Got an air fryer and a steamer and started making my meals. It's crazy to me now how simple it is.
Good job! I tried IF I get too hungry it don’t work for me. Even when I’m full I’m still hungry. I’ve lost 30 pounds past 5 months exercising and just doing the work and finding foods that satiate me. And my thinking. This video is helping me. I have that battle in the grocery store but I’m working on my thinking and seeing a therapist. I’ve lost down to 230 and I’m 6’2 I was about 30 lbs to my goal but I did it all on will power and gained it all back. I’m at 280 now and going down consistent and thinking permanently on how I relate with food. Good job on IF👍
26:34 - So i remember doing some research in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and something about a part of your brain you can call the "Impartial Inspector". We are not our thoughts. We have thoughts. That Impartial Inspector allows us to stop, and look at the thoughts or emotions and place them in the proper context. "I'm having the feeling of being sad." Hmm. I push it aside, i smile, and immediately think about what i'm thankful for. "I'm having the thought i'm worthless." Where did this thought come from? One therapist mentioned you can even imagine yourself saying it in a funny voice...."I'm having the thought i'm a loser! in a silly voice." It helps to dispel the negativity behind it. Learning to control your thinking and emotions i'm finding is critical to loving yourself. I find also when i get some negative thoughts, i immediately think about a flame in my mind and pouring water on it, then stepping on it. I need to put out that fire immediately before it consumes me and pivot to something else.
Five years ago, I made the decision to stop eating meat, and it made me feel amazing. However, I found myself consuming more carbs and other foods to feel full, which I later realized was a mistake. Dairy also had a negative impact on my body, causing sinus congestion, drowsiness, and excess mucus. This realization led to an epiphany, prompting me to completely give up meat, and I haven't looked back since. I have come to understand that there are certain chemicals in milk and dairy products that trigger a desire to consume more, making it extremely challenging to resist. As a result, I have made the decision to distance myself from these products. While I don't identify as a strict vegan, I am committed to consuming whole foods, preparing my own meals, and practicing intermittent fasting. This new journey has proven to be one of the most difficult challenges I have ever faced.
Keep this type content coming my brudda! I can’t speak for nobody else. But I needed this. It’s been 2 years of me trying to get and keep this weight off. I’m not quitting. Im gon keep going. I’m down 60. 30-40 to go.
I'm glad to hear you're staying committed to your fitness journey! Keep up the positive attitude, and remember that progress is progress, no matter the pace!
As someone on an active WL journey, I have been telling myself that whatever I do to get to my goal will HAVE to be continued to a degree. It's unfortunate that we can sometimes get there but revert back to the very habits that got us to our start. It's a constant battle that has no place for complacency. I wish him and all on a journey the strength to keep going.
A good watch. Informative and much needed. Thank you for sharing ❤ I use to track my macros consistently years ago. I was my lightest I ever been in 2021 (140 lbs) since then I’ve gained back 30-40 lbs. So I definitely know the struggle of losing weight and gaining back. It’s harder each time to start again despite your mindset..
Thanks for sharing your experience! Weight loss and maintenance can be tough, especially when facing setbacks. Stay determined and focus on sustainable habits to achieve your goals. You've got this!
This conversation was of great value, and I appreciate your time. After losing 100 pounds and gaining it back, I can honestly say that I am grateful for the experience and working to master my emotions, which will essentially allow me to control my urges. I also understand that it is a lifetime commitment. The next time we do one of these videos, I will have a new operating system. 💪🏽💪🏽💙🙏🏽
You lured us in with the promise of a great story and an interesting guest, got our collective mouth's watering with the beautifully shot intro...then proceeded to talk THE.ENTIRE.TIME Brix. "Learn from my mistakes" is in the thumbnail. How Sway?! This minus well have been a video of just Brix talking for 41min and cutting off the guest's dialogue. At the 13:06 mark he literally asks the guest, I'm sorry consultation, to ask him questions and inteview him for the rest of the video. WUT?! I'm sorry I had to turn this off. Please bring him back on, allow him to share his story in full vulnerability pit falls and all, THEN help us find the lessons in it with your insight, Brix.
Thank you and other guy for opening up about issues with weight and giving me motivation to keep going and not feeling like the world is over. I loss over hundred pounds and gained it back several times.
This is a good watch for me…I started at 270 and I’m down to 190 now. & I plan on never going back. Even if I gotta get on OMAD for the rest of my life ..idc! But it’s great to hear the testimonies in the comment section. Eye opener that it could happen to me as well
Man, I did IF (OMAD). I went from 248 to 157 in about 4 months. I kept it off for about 8 months then started to gain it all back. Now I’m walking around at 220 deciding weather or not I should go back and do IF again or just eat normally and track my calories. Also I lost that weight without going to the gym. My job is very physical and at the time I lost the weight I went in for a lot of overtime I worked 6 days a week for 4 months and ate OMAD. How I gained it all back.. well I started working a lot less and eating alot more. Simple 😂
Whew! The jewels in this convo are PRICELESS! I will be working on being kinder to myself and giving myself the appropriate space and time for my process🙏🏾
Wow. I lost 100lbs and i gained like 60 back. I'm back to watching what I eat and working out again. Once my clothes started getting tight, I knew I needed to fix it
He hit the nail on the head: being an emotional eater can be people's downfall. Also, getting help -- both with a community and professional counseling -- is an important component. Thanks for sharing.
On my 3rd weight loss journey I got this now. Went from 180 to 125 back to 150 160 back to135 then back to 140-150 struggling. I hit my goal 130 before 2024. My advice DISCIPLINE IS ONLY ANSWER. I also fast 16-18 hours a day now I was pescatarian finally left the meat. Y’all keep it up don’t give up.
As I fit guy who’s dealt with food addiction, crazy weight weight gain, plateaus, losing weight but etc.. self awareness is the first step to anything. Thinks for this video big dawgs. Hella motivational.
I been there too I had Weightloss surgery loss 120 pounds and gain half of it back and trying to get back discipline cause all my medical issue that had left came back my diabetes and high blood pressure so I can relate to him ! I’m a emotional eater when I get stress I want to eat
Hmmm .. Valuing looking good over feeling good !! That was my case too 😪. I was influenced by the gram more than anything else . It’s a constant battle !
Don’t think about where you want to be in 3 months, think about where you want to be in 5 years. Makes the lows feel so insignificant and it becomes much easier to pick yourself back up. I’ve lost about 22 pounds in 14 months. It’s crazy how slow it is, but I feel so much more confident moving slow and allowing myself to adjust over time, make mistakes etc.
people wont change unless they have a reason to this why i dont force ppl to change i give them the idea a little spark but other than that everything is up to them at that point. hope he can come back one day and finish his story to his fitness for us the people.
Potato Chips is my addition food. I been here. I lost 50lbs, and then regained it back. I am a stress eater, and I crave salt when I am stressed. Potato chips is my drug of choice.
7:08 I love this so much ! I too want to shift to a mindset of “I want to lose weight because I love myself” I also will work on telling myself that I deserve a healthy body and I deserve to treat my body with love and care ❤
Regain is awful! It really sucks. Good on this man for having the fortitude to keep going anyway. Never give up! Just take things day by day or moment by moment if you have to. I keep telling myself that if I would have never quit and only lost 1/2 or even 1/3 of a pound a week I would be at my goal now. So no matter how slow the progress is, it is progress.
GEMS 💎 dropped by both speakers! Incorporating journaling and beginning on the journey of allowing the space to experience those emotions and objectify the emotion and know it is not me.
I feel u, i feel like im starting back at 0. Im a decade older, injuries don’t heal as quickly or the same way. The soreness lasts longer, i have more responsibilities, it’s harder to get into the mindset of staying focused on my eating and working out. I know I can do it but its not 1 day at a time it’s literally one meal at a time
@@themothershyp7788 if you’re in the struggle i wish u all the luck and we can do it. If you already did it and are maintaining then you’re an inspiration
The advice of getting used to existing in that in between moment instead of in the trigger or the action really hit me. I've learned how to control my eating but I'm working on smoking ciggs which is proving to be very difficult for me. I think this advice on mindfulness will help.
I'm 100 lb overweight bad back from too many sports , construction, injuries.. lower back gone I know don't know how to stretch and get what I need to do while in pain all the time now my knees are hurting as well ! It's going to be a long road and I do not want to I don't know if I can get it off again this is my third time
Female here I m down 200 & maintaining naturally for 13 years I first lost 50-70 pounds 130 etc at least 5 times before it finally clicked. My metabolism is somewhat jacked it’s a real fight I would like to lose the last 25-30 but I’m also happy I’ve been able to keep this weight. Fat cells always want to refill in my opinion. Truth is there is no finish line…thank you for posting this
Wow awesome video you are powerful god is working through you to help other people and I wish the best for the young guy that's struggling he seems like he's on the right path and with the help of you he can make it God bless you guys thank you for your videos
Damn man, going through something similar lost 105 lbs gained it back 2yds depression and laziness, poor behaviors. Been back on on my journey for a month 18lbs down gym and clean eating 🙏🏾
I lost 24 lbs and gained it back to emotional triggers. I restricted stopped smoking and drinking and then got triggered. Relapsed and old habits came back. I weighed myself yesterday and my jaw dropped. I’m back where I was. I gotta lock back in.
1:06 this bit after the intro got me to close the video because the intro prior did a good job to set it up and it was ruined by this garbage exposition telling me to watch it through. Please, NEVER do this "please watch this till the end" BS ever again, its a poor and lazy way to "hook" viewers in and is counterproductive, NO EXCUSES.
Obese myself, on my own journey to lose weight, and props to this guy discussing his struggles. IMHO, and this is how I've seen the weight come off quicker than usual, was dealing with the overconsumption of unnecessary food / drink (energy). Now, how you do that, is debatable, and harder for some, especially if you have addictive tendencies for whatever reasons, but I think emphasis should be on your consumption, rather than your exercise. The ease of consuming too much, even "healthy" options, makes exercise (usually) as an insufficient answer. The time and effort needed to deal with too many calories is much more time consuming and, for many, difficult to address through the necessary exercise / energy expenditure. Obviously, good diet and exercise is the dream, but, I think it's the ease (and joy) of unnecessary consumption that is the crux of my (and many others) downfall.
Same boat for me rn. Went from 330 to around 250. Then I got into my Junior year of college and let myself slip. Now, five years later, I’m restarting from 364. I’m the biggest I’ve ever been
Straight up, staying single keeps me in the gym and on my nutition shit. Dating new chicks gives me daily motivation. I got a trainer and workout 6x a week. Intermittent fasting and semi keto keeps me on point. The feeling of wearing any clothes you want and look good makes my hype. Stay single... date chicks.
I lost 20 pound and gained 28 of it all back now I’m back at losing it again. I got too complacent after I lost the weight. Always need to challenge the body.

I have tried this particular supplement which has really helped my health tremendously. Can’t believe how I have transformed physically and love my new self
I did this before! 16-18 I lost 100lbs and gained it all back because I didn’t understand that it was a lifestyle change and not to go back to eating like I was before - Now I’ve lost 154lbs in 22 months and happier than ever! Walk avg 20’000 steps 5x a week and keep mainly to a wholefoods diet.
Bro wtf that exactly what happened to me you lose the weight to start looking good then you lose track and sight how you got there and all the weight creeps right back consistency and discipline is the key to weight loss I hate starting from square one but that’s what happens when you lose focus or Celebrate too early.
I lost ll the weight in quite drastix ways now lthough I've put on. Lot back I still take care of myself and now im focusing more on sustainable lifestyle changes daily than drastic diets which are never sustainable.
For clarification, this wasn't an interview; it was more of a public consultation session.
Excellent session!!!
I agree, definitely more of a consultation than an interview. Would've loved hearing more about Jaquan's journey.

This was beautiful. This is what people need to hear to maintain and get to their next level. NO self-hate Just self love.
I just started my journey to 60lb weight loss and I watch these for the motivation and great guidance to stay on track
Great to hear you've started your journey! Stay motivated, and these videos are here to support you every step of the way. 💪🏾🔥
Samething happened to me due to a motorcycle accident but i been back at it for 7 days 7lbs down wish me luck
Good luck!🤗
This video is so powerful! I keep watching it over and over!
This interview was key. Thank you Brix.
My brother keep pushing I’m
On a raw vegan diet 5 days in a row
Keep at it ❤
@@ISNNETWORK how's that going for you?

Jaquan, thank you for your transparency. You will help many people. Great advice, Brix!
Same thing happened to me I lost weight then gained back double!!! I respect this brother for his progress!!!
Thank you and other guy for opening up about issues with weight and giving me motivation to keep going and not feeling like the world is over. I loss over hundred pounds and gained it back several times.
Yooo this is a powerful one.this is soooo motivating for real I’m on my way to overcoming my battle with food addiction.
This is a good watch for me…I started at 270 and I’m down to 190 now. & I plan on never going back. Even if I gotta get on OMAD for the rest of my life ..idc! But it’s great to hear the testimonies in the comment section. Eye opener that it could happen to me as well
Congrats! Glad it reached you! 💪🏾💯
Damn that's where I'm at now 270 and getting down as we speak 💪🏾💪🏾
Man, I did IF (OMAD). I went from 248 to 157 in about 4 months. I kept it off for about 8 months then started to gain it all back. Now I’m walking around at 220 deciding weather or not I should go back and do IF again or just eat normally and track my calories.
Also I lost that weight without going to the gym. My job is very physical and at the time I lost the weight I went in for a lot of overtime I worked 6 days a week for 4 months and ate OMAD.
How I gained it all back.. well I started working a lot less and eating alot more. Simple 😂
I can totally relate. Instead of omad or IF try to find a method that is effortless. It's a lifestyle change after all.
Agreed - IF is an amazing lifestyle
I’m down to 200 now 💪🏾 slow and steady wins the race
Frame 21:18-24:09 is some of the realest advice that should be applied to all aspects of life. Great information in this video.
Thank you for taking the time to watch.
Whew! The jewels in this convo are PRICELESS! I will be working on being kinder to myself and giving myself the appropriate space and time for my process🙏🏾
You got this!
You guys were dropping some gems in this one King , SALUTE!!!💪💯👑
Wow. I lost 100lbs and i gained like 60 back. I'm back to watching what I eat and working out again. Once my clothes started getting tight, I knew I needed to fix it
You got this!
He hit the nail on the head: being an emotional eater can be people's downfall. Also, getting help -- both with a community and professional counseling -- is an important component. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you for watching!!
💯💪🏾
That’s my goal weight as well. I am starting at 195lbs. I’m 5’1”How tall are you?
As I fit guy who’s dealt with food addiction, crazy weight weight gain, plateaus, losing weight but etc.. self awareness is the first step to anything. Thinks for this video big dawgs. Hella motivational.
Your journey is impressive! Self-awareness is indeed powerful. Keep embracing the motivation, and thanks for being part of our community!
@@BrixFitness Thank you Champ, that means a lot especially coming from you. Keep winning Champ and thank you for the great content.
I can't wait until I'm financially stable enough to hire you. I've lost 90 lbs in the last 9 months on my own but I feel like I'm stuck at 430 lbs 😮
22:24 “They’re baked into the human experience…so why not reframe them as something as serves you” woah
Wow this video is amazing. Many gems. I am going to rewatch it and take notes.
Glad this video reached you ❤️
people wont change unless they have a reason to this why i dont force ppl to change i give them the idea a little spark but other than that everything is up to them at that point. hope he can come back one day and finish his story to his fitness for us the people.
Impactful insights! Thanks a lot guys
Glad you enjoyed it!
Very, very edifying video as I'm on my weightloss journey, I'm always looking to get better an improve
Dope video. A lot of gems. Awareness allows for behavior change.
Appreciate you watching 🙏🏽
Potato Chips is my addition food. I been here. I lost 50lbs, and then regained it back. I am a stress eater, and I crave salt when I am stressed. Potato chips is my drug of choice.
Try anchovies for salt cravings. Yummy!
Black Olives are salty That might be a better option until you kick salt addiction
Great insightful interview. Thank you both for letting us into your mindset thru the good and bad of your fitness journey.
You’re welcome. Appreciate you watching ❤️
We got this
💪🏾
7:08 I love this so much ! I too want to shift to a mindset of “I want to lose weight because I love myself” I also will work on telling myself that I deserve a healthy body and I deserve to treat my body with love and care ❤
Glad you enjoyed it!
Thanks for this story! I’ve gained almost 80 pounds over the past 10 years! My goal now is to workout 6 days a week!
Definitely needed to see this
He got this he will do great
I feel u, i feel like im starting back at 0. Im a decade older, injuries don’t heal as quickly or the same way. The soreness lasts longer, i have more responsibilities, it’s harder to get into the mindset of staying focused on my eating and working out. I know I can do it but its not 1 day at a time it’s literally one meal at a time
Yes, agreed. Never heard it articulated so well
@@themothershyp7788 if you’re in the struggle i wish u all the luck and we can do it. If you already did it and are maintaining then you’re an inspiration
You've got this! Taking it one meal at a time is a wise approach. Remember, progress is progress, no matter the pace. Keep pushing forward!💪🏾
Thank you, great conversation
I'm a eating recovery therapist counseling can really help the processes
This is good stuff
The advice of getting used to existing in that in between moment instead of in the trigger or the action really hit me. I've learned how to control my eating but I'm working on smoking ciggs which is proving to be very difficult for me. I think this advice on mindfulness will help.
Excellent Subject Matter Brix!! You got this Bro.Jaquan 💪
He did it once he could do it again stay focus and stick with it and pray 🙏🏾
Writing it down, it helps me get it out! ❤
Truth is there is no finish line…thank you for posting this
Congrats on your weight loss journey! Your resilience is commendable. It's a continuous process, and you're doing amazing. Keep thriving! 👏🏾

Damn man, going through something similar lost 105 lbs gained it back 2yds depression and laziness, poor behaviors. Been back on on my journey for a month 18lbs down gym and clean eating 🙏🏾
Powerful talk!
I lost 24 lbs and gained it back to emotional triggers. I restricted stopped smoking and drinking and then got triggered. Relapsed and old habits came back. I weighed myself yesterday and my jaw dropped. I’m back where I was. I gotta lock back in.
1:06
this bit after the intro got me to close the video because the intro prior did a good job to set it up and it was ruined by this garbage exposition telling me to watch it through.
Great way to end the video 🙏🏾
Same boat for me rn. Went from 330 to around 250. Then I got into my Junior year of college and let myself slip. Now, five years later, I’m restarting from 364. I’m the biggest I’ve ever been
Ton of value in this
Brix your amazing bro
Straight up, staying single keeps me in the gym and on my nutition shit. Dating new chicks gives me daily motivation. I got a trainer and workout 6x a week. Intermittent fasting and semi keto keeps me on point. The feeling of wearing any clothes you want and look good makes my hype. Stay single... date chicks.
Interesting! Much needed information
I lost 20 pound and gained 28 of it all back now I’m back at losing it again. I got too complacent after I lost the weight. Always need to challenge the body.
Just keep pushing!
Awesome keeping it Real information ℹ️ to LIVE BY ❤❤❤

Same with me. I gained 15kg. Tryna remove it. Wish me luck guys. Start rn ❤
I found value in this video, thank you
Glad it reached you!
The roller coaster of weight gain and loss is so deeply difficult. I am day 2 of carnivore woe(way of eating) after 50 plus gain over last year.
I understand, I’ve been there trust me. If you’re ready and serious I do have coaching spots still. Click the link and hop on a call with me @brixfitness.com/brix-training-form
I'm definitely addicted to binge eating at night time.
Thank you for sharing
I have tried this particular supplement which has really helped my health tremendously.
Can’t believe how I have transformed physically and love my new self
I did this before! 16-18 I lost 100lbs and gained it all back because I didn’t understand that it was a lifestyle change and not to go back to eating like I was before - Now I’ve lost 154lbs in 22 months and happier than ever! Walk avg 20’000 steps 5x a week and keep mainly to a wholefoods diet.
You got this, Mei!
Great convo
🙌🏾
Bro wtf that exactly what happened to me you lose the weight to start looking good then you lose track and sight how you got there and all the weight creeps right back consistency and discipline is the key to weight loss I hate starting from square one but that’s what happens when you lose focus or Celebrate too early.
I lost ll the weight in quite drastix ways now lthough I've put on. Lot back I still take care of myself and now im focusing more on sustainable lifestyle changes daily than drastic diets which are never sustainable.
Got damn the first 5 mins got me 😫
