People need to stop defending these companies that are quick to take your money 😂

Im on the same page!!!! I usually order parts and accessories months before I get the pistol or AR that im building. I can tell you. I just learned about a month ago. Most of these orders are drop ship orders where the Seller gets the order, and then the reach out to the manufacturer and they place the order themselves.... Keeps the cost of storage down..... The OEM ships it either to the buyer or the seller depending on the contract they have with the OEM. Your complaint is SUPER VALID!

Not a good way to do business! Too many people are too afraid to speak up. I say fuck that. These brands don’t love you and they don’t care if you defend them or not. So might as well speak the truth

What's even worse is when you order a part or product, the company charges your card and then the status just sits there for a week with no changes. So after a week of no changes, you get an email that the item was backordered and your card would be credited the refund within 10 days. Very frustrating.

Nah I 100% agree. I will literally not order because of lead times sometimes. It’s ridiculous

They don’t get that. They would for sure make more money. But a lot of companies operate in chaos

I agree with all of your points. It’s incredibly annoying how bad the customer service can be AND your fellow 2A enthusiasts thinking it’s wrong to complain.
I have my own lists of companies I’ve personally had experiences with:
    Worst
    - Optics planet
    - Briley
    - Mossberg
    - American Defense Mfg
    - Freedom Munitions
    Best
    - Primary Arms
    - Midway
    - Brownells
    - Eurooptic

Thank you! Can’t go wrong with any of those! The 17 and 48 are great guns. One duty sized and one carry sized. Best of both worlds 🙏🏽

It’s Goontape. Just marketing to people who copy cat what they see online to charge $$$ for black athletic tape.

Some of these companies don't actually hold the physical product. Whoever they get it from may have it in stock and whenever they get it, they'll send it to you. Not a good way to do business.

I’m starting to find this out recently. Some brands make it seem like their products are manufactured in-house but nope

I hate when company's take too dam long with shipping me my products in timely manner as well. Then some companies will ignore you when inquiring about your order and God forbid you ask for a refund then they say the order has been processed abd they cant do a refund.
People paying money and just accepting anything a retailer gives them when inquiring about purchase status.
Also this is a reason i will never order weapons from TTI i mean the quality is obvious but no fuking way i am paying upfront and then waitin 35+ weeks to get my order.
I mean yes you can rush your order especially when hand made but weeks to possibly year or more for gun related products FOH.
Like you said why try to scale so bug snd take customers money when you dont have an entire logistical system in place to be able to market/accept orders/update order states/ship and receive products snd have solid production team with QC in place and definitely have a team in place to update customers on their order status with legit reasons not excuses as to being delayed because you dont have the staff to keep up with the huge demands for you products

Bro I order majority of my stuff from primary Arms I don't mind paying the $11.00 shipping fee but I know that once I place an order before 3:00 pm I will receive it in 3 days.

Agreed man!! Atlas and ARC division ships pretty fast! Local is slim pickings/a joke. My local shop I’ve used/purchased from for over 6 years from glocks/FN/staccato has let me down on just service alone. Kinda put a bad taste in my mouth. I notice I’ve been buying from basspro/online more instead of dealing with B&M’s.
