Anything in the top 10 would suffice for me, I agree with above that it's about a restructure, we've accepted we are not top 4-5, fine, let's reorganize and push next season
Thanks for asking way more interesting questions than the press conference journalists, it's a much more human approach and that suits Amorim very well. He's just a very interesting and charming man. Really enjoyable to watch!
Super interview lad! Asking subtle and nuanced questions that make Ruben feel comfortable enough to open up in providing context and answers to his decisons. Well done 👏👏

@@jamesmccaul2945 yep, thought the same. If he was to think in the future, of sitting down with someone for an interview, I'd absolutely like to believe he'd return here.
Not a united fan, but this man is a top coach. He can help that club clear its toxic players, clear its overpaid players, clear its deadwood, and slowly build it back up over the next 5 years to a team that can compete for the top 4. Will the fans and explayers give him time, when the club won't back him up with signings?
@limericklad2000 the latest financial report on united has painted a very bleak picture. Over 350m owed on past players brought into the club, 60m owed annually on interest alone. Declining revenue from loss of oversea fans. The club better hope the economy stays intact until they can get themselves back up off their knees
Rog, Master class in interviewing, you're a savant type hurricane of satire and passive aggression. Chef's kiss. You're a brilliant fusion of Johnny Carson's wit, Jiminny Glick' narcissistic tendencies, Tenacity of Barbara Walters, Martinolli's instinctive way of slightly annoying footballers to their face, Karl Pilkington's aloofness & head, the love and warmth of Alexi Lalas when he sees an underachieving Natl player. Brilliant my friend you're a national gem!
I love the fact that everything he learnt is from Ferguson! Ferguson was first one to delegate and realise you need people to help you and do the things you can't do as you can't do anything
The dept of questions in this interview is just mind blowing. A breathe of fresh air. We the fans can see through , which journalist just wants sensation and which one just wants to impart knowledge. You are the second one Sir. Kudos to your work!
To the legacy media, this is an interview this is interesting, and this is why you are in the gutter and rapidly becoming irrelevant with your ‘what has Rashford got to do?’ nonsense time and time again.
This is fake, Rog obviously got parts of an interview that Ruben had with someone else, he took Rubens answers and then made his own version of the questions, reasonably clever but still fake.
100% spotted this also..this was actually Ruben’s very first interview with sky I remember all his responses exact same. And if it were a video call he’d not be sitting at carrington looking across the room into someone’s eye 😂😂
If you look at every single players aged 25-28 (as of January 2025) with a goals per game ratio above 0.2: • Alexander Isak (25 years old): • Appearances: 150 • Goals: 40 • Goals per game: 0.27 • Phil Foden (26 years old): • Appearances: 18 • Goals: 7 • Goals per game: 0.39 • Marcus Rashford (27 years old): • Appearances: 426 • Goals: 138 • Goals per game: 0.32 • Gabriel Jesus (27 years old): • Appearances: 250 • Goals: 80 • Goals per game: 0.32 • Richarlison (27 years old): • Appearances: 180 • Goals: 50 • Goals per game: 0.28 • Nicolas Pépé (27 years old): • Appearances: 150 • Goals: 40 • Goals per game: 0.27 • Roberto Firmino (28 years old): • Appearances: 256 • Goals: 82 • Goals per game: 0.32 • Daniel Sturridge (28 years old): • Appearances: 116 • Goals: 50 • Goals per game: 0.43 - It is indeed baffling and honestly silly to have kept Marcus Rashford out of the lineup for the past 12 games under Rubin Amorim. With 138 goals in 426 appearances and a solid 0.32 goals per game ratio, Rashford has proven time and time again to be one of the most dangerous and reliable players in the squad. Given his experience and consistent goal-scoring record, it makes no sense to exclude him from the starting eleven, especially when the team’s offensive output could have benefitted from his presence. It’s a missed opportunity for the team, and if you’re looking for someone who can make an immediate impact, Rashford is an obvious choice.
as a united fan, I don't want players like him who have such a bad attitude from a season wonder player... If He is so good and reliable why has no club sent formal contract to him...
You can be Robin hood, but if your attitude I bad, it stinks and you can't put your head down and work and genuinely earn that £350 K a week salary, then you're no help to the team or anyone.
An American coach would’ve found a way to work with Rashford and get the best out of him , not try to remake him. The same with ETH and Sancho. The same with Morinho and Pogba. You find a way to handle your assets, not fight them down. All talented people have big egos.
He is a clown - keeping Alejandro Garnacho out of the starting lineup for 5 out of 12 EPL games he has managed. With 45 appearances, 9 goals, and 5 assists, Garnacho has proven himself to be a player capable of making a significant impact, averaging a goal contribution every 3 games.

United fans....where do you think your team will finish this season?
Not concerned about where we finish but how we finish. This year is about building a foundation and clearing the dead wood.
Anything in the top 10 would suffice for me, I agree with above that it's about a restructure, we've accepted we are not top 4-5, fine, let's reorganize and push next season
Top half of the table, ideally a spot for Europe.
@@BSUDaily I hope we win the Europa league so that league position doesn't matter as much

He needs help with recruitment and contracts in the background. As united have failed miserably with this over the last 15 years

The interviewer's Questions💪
Great interview, amazing questions! Thank you!
Terrible interview lad, not a single question about Rashford, how are we supposed to survive without an update on him every 5 minutes...
Also, no suggestion of changing his formation to a back 4.. what kind of journalism is this..
Please leave this guy alone let him do his job. The British media is obsessed with interviews nothing else to do but take up the coach valuable time
🤣🤣🤣 I was doing just fine until you raise the question of Rashford.

Top bloke.
Very good questions, and ones that havent been asked before.
So nice to not hear questions such as 'How's Rashford?' or 'How important is it to win this game?'
GREAT INTERVIEW 👏🏽👏🏽
I was supporting Ten Hag but Ruben is the one to lead us. I fully support him. To. The. End. As a 20 year Utd fan from the States.

How can you call this a Manchester United interview without mentioning Marcus Rashford the GOAT? He IS Manchester United.
If you look at every single players aged 25-28 (as of January 2025) with a goals per game ratio above 0.2:

• Goals: 80
