Itz Blazey yea of course. But 90% of freestyles aren't off the dome anyway. They're all prewritten so the term 'freestyle' is now used as a generic term to describe someone spitting bars over a track without any theme or direction. i.e no chorus verse and most of the time not even recorded in a studio. Its just how we refer to these videos because they don't qualify to be called songs or tracks etc
