I worked in a law firm that practiced insurance defense...HATED IT...Defendant insurance companies ALWAYS settle simply because if they do go to trial, THEY WILL LOSE EVERYTHING EXCEPT BREATH. The only parties who win in insurance defense are the ATTORNEYS.

Ok, the child labor law isn't that bad. Nobody is forcing the children to do it lol, it's just an option. And to be honest, when I was a teen, I would have preferred the night shifts if I had the option. Aside from the money, they should not only apologize publicly, but also sign an affidavit agreeing that they will fact check everything they report and not spread lies and rumors anymore. And also that in the future, they will state clearly whether they are giving their opinion, versus real news facts.
