Molly is the epitome of beauty and talent combined, and these two girls are at the top of their game. This was not my preferred genre of music, but in the past 60 days, Billy Strings and Molly Tuttle have grabbed me by the ears and drug me over the fence to a while new world of music and I couldn't be happier about it! It feels good to be excited about music again. 🤘🤓🤘❤️👏
There is something about Molly that melts my heart. When she smiles she lights up the room. When she sings the world stops so we can hear her. Wow, just wow.
This is such joyous music - it's lovely. For those of us who believe in old-fashioned concepts like the afterlife, surely heaven will be filled with music and musicians such as these!
I can't practice for a few hours after watching Molly her control is unmatched, her rhythm is impeccable and she actually looks completely at ease while playing, I'm pretty talented but she's the damn Steve Vai of bluegrass.
The only factor that outshines that marvelous musicianship on both parts is the sweet dispositions that just shines out from both of them. What a delightful performance to watch as well as hear. Smile grew on me mug like a slow reflex.
First we had Alison Krauss. Then the Phenom 3 finger banjo player Alison Brown. Now we have Allison we Groot on clawhammer. Are you seeing the pattern? Do you know what to name your daughter now? If you happen to have four girls, one named Allison, then Alison, Alyson and Allyson, can you imagine the sweet music that will fill your home? For the fifth daughter, Molly or Sierra are very good options.
mark singo - I couldn’t agree more. My son and I both listen to her and smile while we are making cookies. Couldn’t be happier. I got to see Molly live a couple times. She’s incredible.
Both players are amazing and top of their field! What kills me is Molly Tuttle isn't even looking at the fretboard while flat picking single notes at lightening speed! She's unbelievable!
Allison and her playing - this song grabbed me and I've been hacking away trying to play it, and after a year can get to 75% speed but with numerous errors - it is the run at 01:16 which derails me each time, so quick, smooth and seamless (of course I am speaking of Allison's part :)). Agree that both artists are at a magical place for this session.
How Could this sound any better?Beautiful instruments played Masterfully by two beautiful women(the taller half of the Goodbye Girls)I'll take a second helping of this every time.
For the record, the second tune of that excellent medley, "The Road to Westfield" (IL) is an original by the late Garry Harrison (1954-2012) and is available on his "Red Prairie Dawn" CD. Mostly originals of equal caliber to this one.
This music is just not played by/for only the boys any more! Just another lovely moment on the fret board by them. Hazzah ladies.. ELECTED officials should all be required to be musicians
I'm an old-timey musician and banjo player, and Molly never misses a note, and I'd like to know what the make of that banjo is/ Both musicians are perfectamente. Great tone, great tune. Ya!!
Allison DeGroot is an absolutely incredible banjo player. Just wow
Tuttle is just so far beyond the field of other pickers... humbling...
Yes, Molly is a rare one.
These two were classmates at Berklee, I'm proud to say. Phenomenal talent.

Wonderful banjo-guitar duet. Music doesn't get much more beautiful than this.
There is something about Molly that melts my heart. When she smiles she lights up the room. When she sings the world stops so we can hear her. Wow, just wow.
Joyful and majestic; what a pleasure it is to experience.
Aw, that was so pure and true. That wasn't a performance, that was an offering. Only gracious hearts can speak together like that.
Well said . . .

This is such joyous music - it's lovely. For those of us who believe in old-fashioned concepts like the afterlife, surely heaven will be filled with music and musicians such as these!
I'm a big fan of Molly and both of them are incredible. What talent!
A duo like no other. This is as good as it gets, or ever will.
I can't practice for a few hours after watching Molly her control is unmatched, her rhythm is impeccable and she actually looks completely at ease while playing, I'm pretty talented but she's the damn Steve Vai of bluegrass.
At ease? Sometimes she looks downright bored
I like how you snuck in a little shout out to yourself there lol
OMG this was MAGNIFICENT!!!
Nicely done, two virtuosos, awesome mastery of their instruments.
The only factor that outshines that marvelous musicianship on both parts is the sweet dispositions that just shines out from both of them. What a delightful performance to watch as well as hear. Smile grew on me mug like a slow reflex.

Both players are amazing and top of their field! What kills me is Molly Tuttle isn't even looking at the fretboard while flat picking single notes at lightening speed! She's unbelievable!

Allison and Molly are the best! They are amazing -- thanks for the beautiful music!! I'm playing this over and over. :)
now that's a beautiful instrument. sounds like it looks too.
no words can convey the joy and awe these two fine pickers inspire
