We celebrate and remember,Christine Jorgenson who was born in 1926 and died in 1989. A pioneer for us!

I was saddened about your mom not, perhaps, completely supporting you. Gabi, I am not a mom myself (I am a doggie mama) BUT if I were a mom to a human child, if he were male but identified as female I would completely accept it. If I had a transgender son who loved me and respected me, the same and probably more, love and acceptance would be given back to my child no matter what!. Gender identification is for the person who has to live with themselves. They need to be who they really are! Once again, what triumphs all of this ? LOVE! If love from someone is given back to me, I give them back my love and then more! Gabi, I am so happy your dad was supportive of you! You are such a dear Scent Sister to me! Thank you for all the sweet notes you have given me! I love your side family stories that accompany your Fragrantician Professionalism! 🥰

I would love to hear your story! I had no idea you were transgender. I fully support everyone living their most authentic life, however they choose. I love the person you are, and the passion you bring for fragrance.

I grew up in the entertainment industry with many , many famouse and beautiful dear trans friend's and of all genders , being a professional dancer and choreographer , classically trained and then went into all areas of dance in theatre , television , musicals etc,,,, 40+ years and so very true Gabby , we are all born into this world in our own special way and i agree i hate lables , the only thing is to see into the spirit and heart of another and to be true to who you are ..... evil and judgmental doesn't belong in my life ... love you sweetheart , what a great video , so sorry i am late watching this , health and life issues you understand , big love and hugs beautiful one always from Kat xoxoxo

We've been blessed by the internet because we can connect to interesting people and stories from around the globe easily. It means a lot, especially for people who live in harsh countries like mine where being your authentic self is treated as crime. I’m a mother of an amazing queer and gender fluid teenager. I am BEYOND LUCKY to be her mother. We work with many trans men my teen looks up to. We celebrate and LOVE diversity of all kinds. Because why on earth not!? We both love perfume by the way!!! I’m a spicy gothic incense type - and she love fruity citrus scents.

I love the story behind it's creation and I should probably grab it while it's still available. Vol de Nuit is divine. Created in 1933, the year my lovely Dad was born😊 Makes me think of my Nan looking so young and so well turned out. She used to dress my Dad in little woolen suits and berets!! They were Londoner's through and through not Parisians 😅 Such elegant times.

I actually remember Christine Jorgenson in the news and I'm 68. My day was made the other day when I saw my gorgeous 6-month-old great nephew waving a Pride flag.

Hi Gabby. I own Femme. It is a great fragrance. It was created by Marcel (my father”s name) Rochas. He made it for his wife when they got married. It was one of the first perfumes when I first started to collect a few days ago. Take Care. 😊

Rochas Femme is special. I knew a girl at University (mid-2000s) who wore it because her mother had worn it in the ‘60s. Most other people wore Fantasy etc., except my best friend who wore vintage Poison. 😊 Love and prayers, Gabi. ❤

I really like Femme but I haven't been brave enough to wear it in public. When I first tried it I had the idea that this is the formula a lot of the older Lush perfumes were perhaps inspired by... There's some sort of dank, sweet, smoky thing going on that I could easily see worn by a modern goth even. I was originally inspired to get it because someone called it a, excuse me, "slutty plum".
A,slutty plum....all the more,reason to wear it lol 😆 😂 🤣
Very good and bold choices for a very perseverant exceptional woman. Things have come a long way in many places. Which is great! Let's hope progress continues, so all can enjoy the same rights and freedoms.
I've known of my aunts best friend wanting to live as a man since the mid 90s. Back then, no one talked about transgendered people. He remained a woman for many years to stay with his girlfriend. But he finally couldn't take it anymore... They parted ways, and he finally started his transition. He must have been close to 50 at that point. He supposedly is very happy since. That's so great, considering he spent more than half of his life not being truly himself.

I heard Rochas Femme is similar to Mitsouko (love love love her); would it be redundant to own Mitsouko EDT and EDP, plus Rochas Femme??
