Hi! In the title of the video the PRO version is indicated, but in the video itself only the simple version of Edge Print is loaded!!! The PRO version is not available on the website - only a list of sellers. What is the difference between the versions?

Hi Jennifer. There are a few things you can try to see if it resolves the issue. 1) The first thing to check is the router. If you have a dual band router, make sure that both the 2.4ghz and 5ghz bands are enabled and each have a unique name. You can try to connect the printer and the pc the software is running on to the 2.4ghz router name. If that doesn't work, try the 5 ghz router name. Always make sure that your network names contains non-ASCII characters. 2) Make sure the printer itself is connecting to the network. I would check the control panel. Sometimes you think that you had the printer connect to the network and then it just pops off. 3) This last thing to try can be a little frustrating to do but may resolve the issue. I would factory reset the printer, uninstall the software and then try and do the set up all over again. Let us know if any of these work. Joey from @prodigitalgear .com
