laptop or desktop computer stuck on logo screen

My Lenovo laptop is stuck on the logo screen and can not boot windows 11.
Here is the step-by-step solution. Please tell me which one works for you!
1. unplug all the extra devices which include USB, HDMI, power open the cd ROM
2. Hard reboot your computer, remove the battery then hold the power button for 30 seconds. then start the computer.
3. BIOS check date and time, If not correct, then change the CMOS battery
4. BIOS check hard disk
5. BIOS load default settings
6. BIOS disable secure boot.
7. Check if it is overheating. shut down your computer then cool down it down for more than half an hour.
8. Check RAM with software: memtest86
9. Enter Preparing Automatic Repair screen.
10. Try the build-in diagnosis tools
11. BIOS change UEFI to Legacy
