Did anyone have issue with the boost pressure sensor connection being different to the one on the RaceChip harness?
I struggled really badly trying to connect cable A under the intake manifold. Gave up eventually and just about got the original connector back on😮. Will have to buy longer screwdrivers. Frustrating😢
Yes, the A cable is the most difficult. If you have the electric vacuum pump undo the two bolts and move it to one side and then undo the throttle valve sensor. With the aid of a torch, a pick and two screwdrivers (small hands would be easier) I managed to release the locking clip and slide out the connector. It was a fiddle to install the RaceChip plug but once in place with my fingertips I pressed in the locking clip.
I'm 70 with big hands so if I can do it anyone can!

i have a 1.5 tsi golf 8 but my brother ownes a BMW M8 and he had a racechip, but now he sold the M8 and he gave me the GTS Black RacaChip. Can i use it in my golf? only a reprogramm will be needed?

Would this be the same for the 2021 1.5 TSI Skoda Octavia? Or does Skoda perhaps position the plugs differently?
Should be. I fitted a second hand one, bought for a Leon to my 2018 octavia 5E. VAG group only produced 1 1.5TSI EVO engine. They are all identicle

Impossible to fit the a plug. Is there a recommended tool to do this? There’s no way you can get your hand in and fit this plug?
@@theoriginaladdict i think if you dont have bear hands you can do it 😅
I aimed mine into place and used a very long flat head screw driver to push in the plug.
On troc Tiguan the black plastic is thicker plus all the cables are thicker tighten together wich makes the space very very tight . When you buy the chip be sure about the second sensor B is it 4 or 3 pins they send me 3 pins instead of 4 on my Tiguan

1.5 TSI 130 HP is also possible?
I think not because it's a different turbo.. some new variable something turbo. The 150hp uses older standard turbo that's much more flexible. I could be wrong though, but that's what I've read

@@svv4249 Есть в холодное время такое , никак не решал . Меня не сильно это напрягает . Немножко дёргается , пока двиг холодный , после пропадает

@@svv4249 У меня еле заметно подергивает , потому мне это не мешает , и это длится первые минуты , на пониженных передачах .

If you break the car and forget to unplug it before it goes to the mechanic, yes. Ofc I'm not telling u to disconnect it and take it to the dealership after disconnecting it, just a tought that I wanted to share.

i can't get the boost pressure sensor disconnected. it's so hard to reach even with a long screwdriver :(
I’m having the same issue
@@martinsweeney872 you need two long screwdrivers, cut a notch in one of them so you can „lock on“ to the grey secure clip. Then apply pressure and push downwards at the same time and it should unlock. Once you‘ve unlocked it, you additionally either use the second screwdriver to disconnect it or you just take your fingers. It’s actually really easy with your fingers, if they aren’t too big.
Yeah same issue. Stupid connection and easier said than done 🙄
You should seriously get sued for making the ”A” connector look that easy to remove….

think not,inhave a big problem as my troc 2022 with evo2 engine 1.5 can't fit the racechip cables
