You had also gained non-monetary benefits from working with him, you gained free tickets to Switzerland [which I would of not bailed on, cause, it's a lovely place], free tickets to Pax and to LA, a RUclips Channel with over 300,000 subscribers therefore I believe that would easily be worth it for a 'long term' thing unless if your saying RUclips is not a long term job. 3. $6K is definitely not enough to "purchase" a place to live. To purchase you need between 10-20% down. At minimum, if your 10% is $6K, then the property you are buying is $60K. The quality of house for $60K is not going be a pretty or even a moderate sized one.

I understand both sides. Corns right when he says he was looking for a long time job. It just isn't realistic to hold a camera for a living, earning the same amount of money for the rest of his life. And it's not a stable job because Jesse could one day decide to become a Hollywood actor and dump corn on the side of road. The job wouldn't look good on his resume either when he try's to look for another job because it's not a respected occupation. However from what Jesse said, I think corn should've been more grateful for the great opportunity corn was given. So many people would love corns job, working with your best friend filming videos and getting paid a decent amount of money for holding a camera. Corn didn't realise how lucky he was.

Awesome new series btw. Here's some fun facts. I'm 27 I NEVER get a consistent schedule or told when my day or if lucky 2 days off will be. I make less than 1300 a month. I work a full 40 hours every week over time many of them. I work in 95 degree heat most of the time. I'm exposed to extreme stress and pressure and am expected to get orders out in 7 minutes flat rather there are 1 or 200 of them. I live literally paycheck to paycheck. I don't have much. I can keep a roof over my head. Some times I just didn't pay my phone bill because I had to decide between keeping my phone service or having food in the house. I asked for a raise that I was promised a year prior. I got half of it. .50 cents. What do I make 11.50 an hour. It's a full service restaurant. So when I hear these complaints I cant help but laugh my fucking ass off. Want to trade lives? Walk in my shoes for a day. Go through what I've been through just in the past 3 years my friend being shot then changing and not being my friend anymore, the police a year and a half later accusing me of a serious crime I was innocent of and I had to wait and ponder for 6 months rather I should just blow my head off in order to avoid doing life for something I didn't do. 5 years prior even I've been shot at, aimed guns at people, struggled with 12 years of opiate and other drug addiction. So yeah I made some wrong decisions that led me up to these horrible things that happened to me but case in point is this as a 27 year old man 3 grand a month to me is a fortune and I work my ass off. People say "find a better job" yeah good luck finding a job that pays over 12 or even 10 an hour without a college degree of some kind or experience for the said job. I really hope this is just the start of yet another third new series.

Bullman $3000 per month is not good money. Try paying for a car, house/apartment, weekly groceries, heat/electric/water/internet bills. Oh do you want to go out and have fun on top of that? That's going to cost money too. Need new clothes? Money. Starting to get the picture? You can get by on $3000/month, but you'll have a real hard time building a savings. Forgot about the fact that if you want to start a family, $36k/year would bleed you dry. 15 years ago, you were lucky to make $45k/year....pay has not kept up with inflation. Sadly, these little kids don't know how life works yet. Corn is right when it comes to wanting more money. Yes, getting paid $3,000/month for 'basically' holding a camera is a lot of money. But he's not a 16 year old boy. He's in his twenties and he needs to focus on building a career. Holding a camera for Jesse is not a job he can move up in to make more money, has no security (say Jesse's RUclips career falls apart), has no benefits (going to the dentist is expensive if you don't have health care), and more importantly, it's not a job he can put on his resume which holds valuable experience that relates to other jobs. Corn was making the right choice to ask for more money, so if things go south, whether it be Jesse moves on and perhaps has no reason to pay Corn anymore, or even worse, Jesse's career falls apart and he can't afford to pay Corn anymore, Corn will have created a money pool of security to keep him floating while he looks for a new career/career path. Otherwise he'll be in big trouble if he doesn't have any money in his bank account to hold him up for who knows how long.

I understand both sides. Corns right when he says he was looking for a long time job. It just isn't realistic to hold a camera for a living, earning the same amount of money for the rest of his life. And it's not a stable job because Jesse could one day decide to become a Hollywood actor and dump corn on the side of road. The job wouldn't look good on his resume either when he try's to look for another job because it's not a respected occupation. However from what Jesse said, I think corn should've been more grateful for the great opportunity corn was given. So many people would love corns job, working with your best friend filming videos and getting paid a decent amount of money for holding a camera. Corn didn't realise how lucky he was.

Awesome new series btw. Here's some fun facts. I'm 27 I NEVER get a consistent schedule or told when my day or if lucky 2 days off will be. I make less than 1300 a month. I work a full 40 hours every week over time many of them. I work in 95 degree heat most of the time. I'm exposed to extreme stress and pressure and am expected to get orders out in 7 minutes flat rather there are 1 or 200 of them. I live literally paycheck to paycheck. I don't have much. I can keep a roof over my head. Some times I just didn't pay my phone bill because I had to decide between keeping my phone service or having food in the house. I asked for a raise that I was promised a year prior. I got half of it. .50 cents. What do I make 11.50 an hour. It's a full service restaurant. So when I hear these complaints I cant help but laugh my fucking ass off. Want to trade lives? Walk in my shoes for a day. Go through what I've been through just in the past 3 years my friend being shot then changing and not being my friend anymore, the police a year and a half later accusing me of a serious crime I was innocent of and I had to wait and ponder for 6 months rather I should just blow my head off in order to avoid doing life for something I didn't do. 5 years prior even I've been shot at, aimed guns at people, struggled with 12 years of opiate and other drug addiction. So yeah I made some wrong decisions that led me up to these horrible things that happened to me but case in point is this as a 27 year old man 3 grand a month to me is a fortune and I work my ass off. People say "find a better job" yeah good luck finding a job that pays over 12 or even 10 an hour without a college degree of some kind or experience for the said job. I really hope this is just the start of yet another third new series.

Bullman $3000 per month is not good money. Try paying for a car, house/apartment, weekly groceries, heat/electric/water/internet bills. Oh do you want to go out and have fun on top of that? That's going to cost money too. Need new clothes? Money. Starting to get the picture? You can get by on $3000/month, but you'll have a real hard time building a savings. Corn is right when it comes to wanting more money. Yes, getting paid $3,000/month for 'basically' holding a camera is a lot of money. But he's not a 16 year old boy. He's in his twenties and he needs to focus on building a career. Holding a camera for Jesse is not a job he can move up in to make more money, has no security (say Jesse's RUclips career falls apart), has no benefits (going to the dentist is expensive if you don't have health care), and more importantly, it's not a job he can put on his resume which holds valuable experience that relates to other jobs. Corn was making the right choice to ask for more money, so if things go south, whether it be Jesse moves on and perhaps has no reason to pay Corn anymore, or even worse, Jesse's career falls apart and he can't afford to pay Corn anymore, Corn will have created a money pool of security to keep him floating while he looks for a new career/career path. Otherwise he'll be in big trouble if he doesn't have any money in his bank account to hold him up for who knows how long.

It doesn't matter how much money Jesse makes. Corn gets the amount he signed a contract for. If Jesse starts making less money should Corn get less? I've learned to never work for a best friend the hard way. My friend ran a construction business and I followed along for 10 years until I finally had to quit which ended the friendship too.. all because I couldn't afford to work for a "friends pay"
Here's my problem. Your biggest point is that you can't live on 3000 the rest of your life.... you did it for 8 months. And one of them you made more than double that, not even counting bonuses and free outings. You said if you would've never tried it you'd regret it the rest of your life, well sadly you were wrong, and leaving is what you'll regret.
Obviously in time things would've changed.
it not 3000 a month for working 40 hours a week corn was working close to 12 to 14 hours a day and no days off so 3000 was not much but less then he would have if he was working for a real job that pays plus jesse treated him like a slave he did more then just hold the camera
He lived with his parents while he was doing the job. That is the reason he was able to live on 3k a month. That wouldn’t be close to enough to live on his own which is what someone his age would be working towards
Bullshit I have known many people who can live on 3k a month or less. They have their own place and live within their means.
Between my wife and I, we only pull $1500 a month. It's tough, but we make it work. I'd be over the moon if I had 3k coming in every month.
