Flagstaff/Rockwood always sets the example of how to do it right. This is my favorite length for a camper for maneuverability on the road or in the parks. So glad someone finally realized people don't like to watch the TV sideways. We're seeing more and more of the straight on viewing in newer campers. Thanks for showing this one Josh. It's a winner.
Just got the Rockwood 2513 (same model) in December. Upgraded AC, added extra Maxx Air fan, extra solar panel, extra TV, plus slide toppers, and we do have a full queen in bedroom and it works great - that little room at the bottom is pretty useless anyway. We just love this floor plan! We were going to go with the 2516, but this has so much storage and the outdoor kitchen is my husband’s GO TO space! And that little storage door on the slide out is small but tall. Good for umbrellas and such. Great review as always!!
I really, really like this one! Great bathroom....especially for us fluffier people and no radius shower...check. Great storage inside and out...check. A fireplace just because...check. Good counter space in kitchen...check. A dinofa table and no dinette...check and check. Light wood looks very nice...and a solar package...great awning space...outdoor kitchen...tpms...Goodyears! And list goes on. I am impressed with this one. Oh...I would definitely put my vitamix by that outlet...perfect spot! Yay! Thank you for traveling in the winter icky ❄⛄ to film this...love it!!! I am liking Rockwood/Flagstaff more and more! You rock! Can't wait to see what else you are going to show us!
I'm sure it's one of those things that often gets left out because it's a few bucks more. Rockwood doesn't seem to sweat the small stuff, though. They're not the "step over a dollar to pick up a dime" types
So awesome to see a Flagstaff review! I'm telling ya, if I was in the market for a TT of this size, this one would definitely be hooked to the back of my truck (well, not THIS one but one I would order with the two-way fridge). My 529RBS has the same interior and you can just see the quality workmanship even in the video. Flagstaff/Rockwood may not be the 'top of the line' brands but I'll put their quality against anyone else any day. While all those Grand Designs are in the shop, my Flagstaff is in a campsite. I like that they put a sink in the outside kitchen, a feature lacking in my model though I do have the hot/cold sprayer port right there and I don't fill my gray tank when using it and I have more counterspace, still, the sink is a nice addition. They included a fireplace whereas most others would not have bothered. Really nice touch. Love the theater seat! Awesome size bathroom! Great storage. Love everything about this. The only criticism on this one is they didn't put slam-latches on the baggage doors, but far from a deal killer. This is one awesome camper. Anyone not familiar with Flagstaff/Rockwood looking for a top-quality well made durable camper, take a look at these. You just won't find better for the money!
Hey, Josh. Gread vid as usual. You can thank me for the magnets mentioned around 19:20 in your video. I added these to my early-2020 2511s and sent RW CS pics. They brought it to their design team and they were added to the mid-2020 revision. You're welcome... Rockwood listens to their owners.
This is wonderful, absolutely at top of my list! I actally appreciate the ability to easily make the end of the bed. Tons of storage and kitchen prep area! The best I've seen for a couple. Thanks for showing so well!
I purchased a flagstaff from that dealership prior to the change. Great staff there. All areas the staff was great to work with. Hope they were able to keep most of them.
I can speak from personal experience Bish’s makes sure any existing employees have a position after an acquisition They don’t have a takeover team or anything. They just want to take what has worked at a store and expand on it
I really like this one. I have been a fan of the 2511S due to the storage and bigger bathroom. This seems to give you all of that with a bigger kitchen and the outdoor kitchen. Thanks doing these videos from the other stores.
I guess the all set is travel accessibility. One month you get to the bathroom and one let’s you get to the bedroom but overall yeah. I do agree this is a little more functional versus the 2511
That's a good idea. I suppose one could even just buy an aftermarket folding door that would then allow one to get into that bathroom when in turtle mode.
Love the layout! Someone mentioned a pocket door to solve bathroom access problem ... that would be awesome. I wish they would give option for split or single sink!
You must have been in heaven when you saw the shade on the door. Nice light color on the interior, light but not white. 👍 Nice layout for a couple’s camper, really nice camp kitchen. Neat under bed storage. As to what to put in there, I think it’s a nice private place to keep your adult toys. 😉
This is impressive for the size and the amount of storage you get inside and out. I started with a 24 ft r pod and the storage capacity wasn’t even close to this. Plus you get theater seats and an awesome bathroom….. and great bedroom storage. Wow Very impression for a small TT!
Love it. I could see myself chasing Traveling Roberts adventures in this rig. In the bedroom the drawer was left off to save a ton of hiccups for people forgetting the drawer when the slid comes in. Also the closet door would be in the way of the drawer and vice versa. Just my opinion, I think it’s genius leaving the drawer out on that side of bed
Great rv...with one exception...they need to figure out how to get a bigger gray tank in there. 30gal is just to small! Josh..keep up the good work as always! 🐾😎💞
I really like the layout and space and storage and counter space and fridge and bathroom and bedroom and the nice entertainment COUCH along with tgrdoor shade included.
I have always liked Rockwood (Flagstaff). I like this RV. Great two person camper. Small enough for National Forest and campgrounds. Nice kitchen area. The 2 door cabinet in the living area would be great if one side was able to a closet. It ust needs slide covers and expanded solar.
Side Covers cost too much for what they are, I use a broom & Or a battery leaf blower just before I close my slides, never had a problem with no slide Covers
Thank you for doing this video. My wife wrote earlier but I wanted to give more details. 😁 We have been watching closely as we knew you'd get to it. We ordered the Rockwood 2513s last September. Hoping it will be here by April or May. We added the slide toppers, extra Maxxair fan in the bedroom, 15000 btu AC, Sport tire wheel package and power stabilizer Jacks. Behind the fridge there is also a nice exterior storage area that is very tall, for fishing rods, golf clubs, etc. We really like that the bedroom is separate as one of us may want to sleep longer and not be woken by noise the other is making. 😁 Thanks again! Btw, if you can figure a way to secure the bathroom door open, like using a door stopper, then close the slide I think you could access the bathroom.
I know it wouldn’t be without some sacrifice of space in the bathroom but if that door could become a ‘pocket door’ somehow, perhaps the bathroom could be accessible with the slide in.
Thanks for another great video, sir! I took delivery of a 2513S last August. Ordered with the 2nd Maxxair Vent Fan and slide toppers. I really like the unit, but a few things puzzle me that I really think they can improve: manual stabilizer jacks sit really low at the front (I've installed the removable kit), there's no reading lights by the bed (really liked those in my last unit), and on a rig of this caliber I feel they should have slam latches on baggage doors. Like I said, I enjoy it, just some ways it could be improved upon.
Currently saving for this RV the o e I. Stock doesn't have the theater seats but pretty nice couch instead.. it's good enough for me, I love this RV it's everything I'm looking for
Ooooooo "Dinofa." More quarters for Greg 😁 The bathroom reminds me of our previous trailer, The Rockwood 2507. mini light. Moved up to the Rockwood 2606 WS. Absolutely love it. And yes I had to buy a bigger truck....... darn it 😉 Have a Jesus filled day everyone Greg in Michigan
wow that storage is insane. love the lighter wood. I wish I had the courage to drive something this big. oh, and the kitchen outlet next to the oven is definitely screaming for a margarita machine.
I love my Flagstaff 25brds but this one is really nice. Flagstaff and Rockwood are known for not wasting space. Reason i went with Flagstaff is because of outside storage access. And i love the new swinging doors instead of the lift access doors.
Love this floorplan! Re: leaving the bathroom door open in travel mode - I went back thru the video. The door when open all the way comes back to the counter near the stove. The slide only comes in as far as the the other counter by the sink. I think if there's a way to wedge the door open or bungee it to keep it from swinging it would work.
I just commented on this, before I read your comment, Holly. I'm thinking the same way and my hubby thinks it would work. Be great if someone who has the camper could weigh in. Using a wedge might work well. I was thinking magnets but that might be too complicated...🤔
It also looks like there's room for Flagstaff/Rockwood to shift the whole bathroom door to the left far enough so that it would then clear the slide when it's closed.
Josh, about not getting to the bathroom while traveling. Could you open the door, somehow secure it, then put in the slide? You wouldn't need to open the slide all the way then to access the bathroom. It would likely depend on how well a person could secure the door to keep it from moving while on the road. Thoughts?
Yeah I was in Idaho at the same time for another event recording a bunch of new stuff like this you see here. It was a *busy* weekend and I'm whooped -- just in time to get back to Michigan for single digit weather
@@JoshtheRVNerd gotta love our weather... i've dropped 82 pounds in past 5 months. i can't handle our winters anymore... no insulation. Starting to look your size (if you need a standin lol)
@@markdickey7807 Wow that is aggressive weight loss. Half-a-Pound per day is about the most you can lose in a healthy fashion. You must've really worked hard on that We did a 100 day weight loss challenge here one. I think I dropped 61lbs though admittedly I dehydrated myself pretty hard for that final weigh in like a professional fighter or something lol :) I was probably in the mid-50's for actual true weight. Kept the worst of it off for a while. About two years ago I started slowly re-collecting it. I've been slowly working on getting some excess pounds off for a while now and plan to resume some LIGHT treadmill work initially to accelerate the process
Josh love, love, love your videos. You asked for models we may like to see if you could see if you could do a walk through on. I would love to see the 2720IK or 27FBIK depending on if it is the Rockwood or the Flagstaff and the 528MBS or 2887MB. Those look like great floorplans, but nobody in my area has one on hand to take a look at. Again love you videos, and thanks for the honesty and fairness in all of them.
I’d go with the lighter color. It brightens the entire Coach! I would be upgrading FROM a pop up camper so all of these Mini/Micro Lite’s are mansions in my eyes. LOL It’s my wife and I and we just live these “couples coaches” you feature in your videos Josh! Keep up the good informative work you do and mucho mucho congratulations on you new venture!
@@JoshtheRVNerd we still have a 1999 Coleman Westlake (When Fleetwood was still in the folding trailer market). Bought it brand new. Everything still works and I have had to put quite a few bandages on the roof so to speak.
Josh, we have a similar layout, slightly longer, but with opposing slides to give us a center island kitchen. I absolutely love the rear bath being so spacious, a lot of storage, and the outside kitchen we use all the time. It is nearly impossible to find that floor plan anymore with dual slides. It is unheard of to have nearly 3K of cargo capacity, 40 gallon fresh, and black water tanks, and two 40 gallon gray water tanks. Empty weight is 6,800. If you run across any new models that mimics this, let me know!
Hate to sound like a broken record, but, king bed option and it's on our short list of 3-4 campers. We will be buying in the next 2-3 months and I love the weight and floor plan but we need the king bed.
Perfect thing to watch during surgery recovery thanks, my grandparents 2010 rockwood had the TV on the bed wall and yea it wasn't the best this fixes it. Definitely like how Rockwood does the theater seating perfect for a couple or single rider, will need something like the 25bds for a dinette unfortunately I think. Im getting a tacoma so something like the 2109s eventually for me, but this thing is nice👍👍
@@JoshtheRVNerd We have had several RV's for around 20+ years, sometimes it's not so nice outside and you need to eat (at a table) inside. The RV industry is always changing but not having a dinette, I just don't understand. Cheers !!
This one is 👍👍, I like the space for a coffee pot. Josh I know that you videoed the East-West TT, has anyone said that they don’t want it because they want to go North-South also🤣🤣? I noticed that you weren’t wearing a head & ear warmer this time, must not be cold there today 😆😆, 👍👍👍👍👍👍keep’m coming have a blessed day, God Bless
Love that swingarm for the griddle. We removed the outside stove for more storage on our 25brds. Is it possible to get this swing arm for the 2018 25brds??? Hmmm.
They try to put them where they can from what I have seen. Some layouts just don’t leave space for them At least that griddle station is standard on them
@@JoshtheRVNerd Fell in love with it. Trying to decide if this would be enough space or do we want something a bit bigger? The 2516S was our first love from Rockwood.
Josh, I've been a dedicated viewer of your videos for a long time and I must say, your expertise in trailers is truly admirable. The content you bring to your audiences is always top-notch. I have a question for you, given your extensive knowledge in this field. I really love the outdoor kitchen of the Rockwood 2513S, but I am not a fan of its layout as it lacks a dinette. On the other hand, I like the layout of the Rockwood 2720IK, but the seating area is not campside. Do you happen to know if there is a layout that features an amazing outdoor kitchen like the one in the Rockwood 2513S, but with an interior layout similar to the 2720IK? I wish Rockwood would combine both layouts, and if they did, I would buy it without hesitation. Thanks, Mikey
hmm.. man.. big camp kitchens like that were once common but have become are rare as frog's hair. Nothing outside of some giant bunk models comes to mind
Can the bath door be lashed open when the slide is in? I like this model and don't mind a little crawling, climbing and squeezing but the bath not being accessible when stealth camping or traveling is a deal breaker.
I did not check on this model specifically so I cannot say with confidence. A team member at a given location would be able to verify for you of course. I haven concerns about that door handle vs. the slide fascia though... I could be wrong. Again -- didn't hand-verify myself
@@JoshtheRVNerd yeah, i was thinking about the front of the fridge getting scratched by the handle. I just thought if the door could be secured tight enough against that stopper it looked like you would have about a foot to squeeze through into the bathroom. Maybe bungee to the oven door. Or wedge it open against that stopper with a pillow two. I love this floor plan but no access is just killer. If you get your hands on another one of these and you think about, take a look, see if it looks doable and let us know. I would definitely appreciate it. And thanks for getting back to the question so quickly.
My biggest complaint (and its not that big) Is the sink faucet not being able to move out of the way from the couch. Maybe have it smaller or compressible/retractable to put away
Not wanting to read through all the comments, but couldn't you have left the door open when slide was in to "maybe" gain bathroom access in travel mode? I understand that the door would swing, so it would have to be secured somehow. Which would be easy. Travel access is a must key feature for me and I'm in the market.
Sometimes I think to try that. I didn’t here but that doesn’t mean it isn’t possible. I am just not sure how much room exists between that wall and the slide fascia and if the door handle could hide there
@@JoshtheRVNerd Thank you for the great videos. You're our favorite sales rep to watch on all of RUclips. You do it right and it makes want me to come to you for a trailer. I'm in Oregon and I'm in the market for a trailer. I would love to buy from you but probably should support local... Maybe lol. Love the Mini Lites & hope they put the Power Package on them as well..... Or as an option. Geo Pro was my first choice, but they lack storage for the type of cross country travel we hope to do. Trying to keep weight around 7. 5k max + under 700 hitch. Lots of options but want Azdel, love Watermiser & solar. Biggish fresh tank helps. Your videos are prefect shop at home. Thanks again!
That closet slide is a game changer for this old familiar floorplan. My only concern is that the sink is in front of the TV. If someone in the seats complains that I’m blocking the TV, I guess the solution would be to hand them the sponge and tell them the view of the TV is unobstructed from the sink. ,
Love the fact that has no floor heater vents and the outside camp kitchen set up along with all thefeatures it has outside. That shower miser is a must I think and glad this comes with it and also already set up with solar panel and inverter. I starting to understand this stuff and how it works(more or less but quiz me on it) and the importance of the interior 12v fridge. Question is that interior fridge a frost free one? The only draw back for me is I would prefer a true queen bed and the controls are so low causes me two issues. If I have to bend down to see what I'm doing my back will just hurt all the more and also the angle may be more challenging to see since I only have vision in one eye. #2 this is even more important for me, I don't have little humans that will be possibly messing with the controls but my dogs and especially right by the door that stand up and jump and lean against things and I can see especially my bigger Pom that jumps against things and feels like he can push the door in can't arbitrarily hit a control and mess something up. Otherwise this is a serious contender for me. Thanks again for the very good tour.
Hey Josh, I've got a question about the lack of road mode access to the bathroom, and a possible solution... I think... I've been looking all around the Houston, TX. area to see one of these in person for months now, but for whatever reason, it's a model I just can't seem to find in stock anywhere. So this is just an observation based off of what I can see here in your video... What if you were to fully open the bathroom door first, then close the slide all the way. Simply attach a small bungee cord, or some kind of rope, to the bathroom door handle, and the other end to the oven handle. The bathroom door isn't very heavy, so a simple bungee attachment should be strong enough. You've got the rubber stopper down by the floor, so the door won't bang back and forth against the counter top. And most ovens usually close pretty firmly, so I don't think that would rattle around, or damage the oven in anyway. Even though the slide would be closed, it looks like you'd have about half of the bathroom door opening to squeeze into to access the toilet and or shower. Understanding that you would obviously not have the privacy of closing the bathroom door behind you... But, at least you could do what you gotta do... Not sure if that makes sence... Hopefully I explained it well enough for you to understand what I'm visualizing... I would love to get your thoughts on this idea, and if you think it would be possible... Thanks again for all the videos, and great content and information you continually provide...
@@JoshtheRVNerd Do you know if Rockwood/ Flagstaff have any plans to beef up the solar package and lithium battery capabilities from the factory with the Micro/Mini Lites like they did with the GeoPro & EPro's? Kinda like the max max package available with Ember...
I love this floorplan, not a fan of camp queens, but a residential queen should fit in there without losing anything. Rockwood does such a great job with the 25** series that they should be study for anyone else aiming for that size. I would like to see the carpet gone, otherwise these things are so well thought out they are hard to beat.
I'm of the belief any time a true queen fits, then they should put one in there. I know some factories (like salem/wildwood's stick and tins) just don't use true queens so I get that. But Rockwood does in some of their mini lites. So the decision was odd to me.
We have this camper. If your worried about no access to the bathroom that’s easily solved. You can open the slide 6 inches to get into the bathroom. The slide being open that little does not protrude out of your parking area or cause any burden to people going around. You can open the slide without being hooked up the shore power. If you love everything else about this camper that’s a very minor issue to pass on this one.
Flagstaff/Rockwood always sets the example of how to do it right. This is my favorite length for a camper for maneuverability on the road or in the parks.
Hmm.. interesting points. Ty
Perhaps the front drop frame explains the jacks?
We ordered with the upgraded wheels. This raises the height and the problem may go away. Just an idea....
This is one heck of a layout
Currently saving for this RV the o e I. Stock doesn't have the theater seats but pretty nice couch instead.. it's good enough for me, I love this RV it's everything I'm looking for
Ooooooo
"Dinofa."
More quarters for Greg 😁
The bathroom reminds me of our previous trailer, The Rockwood 2507.
mini light.
Moved up to the Rockwood 2606 WS.
Absolutely love it. And yes I had to buy a bigger truck....... darn it 😉
Have a Jesus filled day everyone
Greg in Michigan
Owe you lots of quarters :)
wow that storage is insane. love the lighter wood. I wish I had the courage to drive something this big. oh, and the kitchen outlet next to the oven is definitely screaming for a margarita machine.
I was impressed as well. EVERY ROOM has tons of capacity
🍹🍹
It is really not all that Big!
You can do it!! I'm 73 & have a 26+ft camper & with the right tow vehicle & maybe an upgrade on the rv suspension you'll be just fine!! Cheers🐾😎💞
Very nice but for me I’d still take the breakfast bar in 2514S.
Fair enough! I *really* like that 2514S -- way more than I thought I would
I love my Flagstaff 25brds but this one is really nice. Flagstaff and Rockwood are known for not wasting space. Reason i went with Flagstaff is because of outside storage access. And i love the new swinging doors instead of the lift access doors.
That’s a sweet camper! When I retire I’m getting me one of those! Unfortunately that’s like 15 years away but, hey, it’ll happen!
Man who knows what they will look like then!
All these campers look pretty good work on the road capabilities
Great couples RV. Definitely on my short list. Thanks for the informative video!
These are always my pleasure!
Lol this with a “deluxe tri fold sleeper sofa” is perfect for my family on the go
There ya go!
Definitely my favorite floor plan
Seems to be a hit!
This one is a WINNER for sure Josh. Thanks for the reveal. bill in Florida
My pleasure!!
Late to comment. Just saw this post now. The control panel is perfect for us shorter than 5 ft.
Better late than never, right? :)
@@DCVIDE0S that would be an even better option!
We installed a hook to secure the bathroom door open on travel days so we can access the bathroom when the slide is in. It works great.
@@brendabittner9 thank you for that info, that's good to know that you can access the bathroom cuz I love this RV.
Thanks Josh
My pleasure
Perfect floor plan!
Josh, about not getting to the bathroom while traveling. Could you open the door, somehow secure it, then put in the slide? You wouldn't need to open the slide all the way then to access the bathroom. It would likely depend on how well a person could secure the door to keep it from moving while on the road. Thoughts?
I think you could actually
2:50 when sit back in recliner down and looking up into the TV that faucet tap is on the way really
Beautiful RV. I love this.
was hoping to see you yesterday at GR RV show.... stopped by the Bish's area. Understand, you can't be everywhere at once lol
@@JoshtheRVNerd and i love Idaho - one of my favorites... especially up around Coeur D' Alene
@@markdickey7807 Wow that is aggressive weight loss. Half-a-Pound per day is about the most you can lose in a healthy fashion. You must've really worked hard on that
We did a 100 day weight loss challenge here one. I think I dropped 61lbs though admittedly I dehydrated myself pretty hard for that final weigh in like a professional fighter or something lol :)
I was probably in the mid-50's for actual true weight. Kept the worst of it off for a while. About two years ago I started slowly re-collecting it. I've been slowly working on getting some excess pounds off for a while now and plan to resume some LIGHT treadmill work initially to accelerate the process
This would be nice with no wall to the bedroom and a full size queen. Love the outdoor kitchen! Nice unit.
Guess what? They make that too!! See here m.ruclips.net/video/CHqEdon-kJ4/видео.html
Ty
I’d go with the lighter color. It brightens the entire Coach! I would be upgrading FROM a pop up camper so all of these Mini/Micro Lite’s are mansions in my eyes. LOL
It’s my wife and I and we just live these “couples coaches” you feature in your videos Josh!
Keep up the good informative work you do and mucho mucho congratulations on you new venture!
TY Tommy! Agree on the lighter interior. What kind of pop up do you have (or did you have)?
@@JoshtheRVNerd we still have a 1999 Coleman Westlake (When Fleetwood was still in the folding trailer market). Bought it brand new. Everything still works and I have had to put quite a few bandages on the roof so to speak.
@@tommykurka8202 Fleetwood truly did an amazing job in their time!
I am gamut with layouts like that but haven’t seen one for a while
Hate to sound like a broken record, but, king bed option and it's on our short list of 3-4 campers. We will be buying in the next 2-3 months and I love the weight and floor plan but we need the king bed.
The sunset trail ss212rb is probably your best bet
Very nice unit. Hope in the weather, the travelling is working out O.K.
The trip home sucked. The plane actually had to turn around. I had to stay an extra day overnight
Stay tuned.. I am working on getting a Coschmen spirit with that layout put out. Had some neat features on it
Def a margarita maker in that corner!
See ya tomorrow!
Steve the Transporter
See you soon buddy!
wattttup nerd! hope 2022 is going well for ya!
#LivingTheDream
This is a great Floorplan and love the light wood color. Just went to the Tampa RV Show and a lot of units were framehouse white, ugh.
There’s definitely a lot of farmhouse fatigue that’s out there
Great review.. as always. Love the storage, just amazing kitchen. For us we would like a dinette do do work on and of course eat food.
Eat food?! Crazy talk 😜 😆
@@JoshtheRVNerd We have had several RV's for around 20+ years, sometimes it's not so nice outside and you need to eat (at a table) inside. The RV industry is always changing but not having a dinette, I just don't understand. Cheers !!
I love the outside kitchen the best camp kitchen ever!!! only one thing bathroom is not accessible 👎 like to see a u dinette as well
Thanks for the feedback Stacey! (Jen- Josh The RV Nerds Other Intern)
Another perfect one for a single person.
Man, awesome trailer!!! Well planned out! Wish we had seen this before we purchased a new to us 2020 Salem C.L. 273QBXL!
Very different layouts indeed!
Just curious I bought one a couple months ago a 2021 and it will get delivered at my permanent site I have at a local campground
Well congratulations I hope you enjoy it
This one is 👍👍, I like the space for a coffee pot.
North to south lol
Love that swingarm for the griddle. We removed the outside stove for more storage on our 25brds. Is it possible to get this swing arm for the 2018 25brds??? Hmmm.
I don't see why not. Contact a rockwood or flagstaff location & they should be able ot get it thru a parts department
Josh, can you suggest to Rockwood the single one thing I wish they did was put more outside kitchens in their other models!!!!
They try to put them where they can from what I have seen. Some layouts just don’t leave space for them
At least that griddle station is standard on them
Propanus (insert Beavis and Butthead snicker)
I really like this one, beaucoup storage, front bedroom, big kitchen and big rear bath! 👍🏻
😉
I’m 6’1 and wonder if the bed has sufficient space for a guy my size to fit in the bed space with the doors closed? Your thoughts???
I'm 6'3" and took delivery of the Rockwood 2513s version last August. I added a standard queen foam topper to this camp queen. So far it's been great!
We just saw this at the Tampa RV show!
What did you think?
@@JoshtheRVNerd Fell in love with it. Trying to decide if this would be enough space or do we want something a bit bigger? The 2516S was our first love from Rockwood.
Josh,
I've been a dedicated viewer of your videos for a long time and I must say, your expertise in trailers is truly admirable.
Josh that thing is badass I like,👌🙌
If you remove the carpet and add a true queen bed you would have a PERFECT couple’s camper👍
I know they are working on removing the carpeting from stuff
My biggest complaint (and its not that big) Is the sink faucet not being able to move out of the way from the couch. Maybe have it smaller or compressible/retractable to put away
I didn’t find it intrusive it I see what you’re saying
Hey Josh, a review on the Rockwood 2614BS would be nice if you spot one. Thanks!!
It’s on the list. If I can get to a location with one I will get it done
@@metaldetectingoregon Well we have a store in Oregon so you can do both! :)
I think the fridge is frost free. Many 12v’s are
Hey Josh, I've got a question about the lack of road mode access to the bathroom, and a possible solution...
A few other people asked the same thing, and I do think it’s possible. But I haven’t been able to put my hands on another one to verify
@@JoshtheRVNerd Do you know if Rockwood/ Flagstaff have any plans to beef up the solar package and lithium battery capabilities from the factory with the Micro/Mini Lites like they did with the GeoPro & EPro's? Kinda like the max max package available with Ember...
@@timhelm8132 yep. Basically the Geo pro power package for their other series
Lighter wood all the way!
I agree personally
I love this floorplan, not a fan of camp queens, but a residential queen should fit in there without losing anything. Rockwood does such a great job with the 25** series that they should be study for anyone else aiming for that size. I would like to see the carpet gone, otherwise these things are so well thought out they are hard to beat.
I'm of the belief any time a true queen fits, then they should put one in there. I know some factories (like salem/wildwood's stick and tins) just don't use true queens so I get that. But Rockwood does in some of their mini lites. So the decision was odd to me.
Perfect size!!
It’s a great, great layout
We have this camper. If your worried about no access to the bathroom that’s easily solved. You can open the slide 6 inches to get into the bathroom. The slide being open that little does not protrude out of your parking area or cause any burden to people going around. You can open the slide without being hooked up the shore power.
If you love everything else about this camper that’s a very minor issue to pass on this one.
make them theater seats a dinette and remove the bedroom "divider" to really open it up and its *almost* my perfect RV. wow.
