Super useful info. Great video! Merch Jar does all these tedious tasks for you. It really saves you a lot of time. It helps me tremendously because I have a 9-5 and also take care of my elderly and sick mother. So anything that saves time is a must for me.

So far my ads are gigantic flops. Minimal impressions, no clicks. Three years in POD, still only tier 500. So I thought I would try ads. POD is the first endeavor of my life where I've been this much of a failure. Now I'm torn between going full-steam ahead and chasing success down like the beast that I am, or giving up and saying enough is enough. Please, Juna, do more videos about how to keep going when it all begins to look hopeless.
It should get better every year.... the thing that helps me with motivation is looking at the numbers and I just really enjoy designing

Thanks for the 3 part series on ads! Cameron said only have 1 t-shirt in each ad. What about if i have a lot of phone cases. For example i have a lot of fall/autumn cases with different keywords in the descriptions. Would a lottery campaign work with those with different decriptions or does each phone case have to have its own ad? Also at the end of this video he said rank your keywords and products now for q-4. That only works if you get orders right?
Great Cameron question... I would think the lottery ads would work for phone cases but I've never tried it. Yes... when you get orders your products will start to rank... but you could still get clicks and views even if you don't get sales

If we have 50 child skus in one parent sku, Is it good to run ads on all child skus or only one child sku in ads ?

It's confused to me that ACOS lower, it should be better for us as we spend less ads cost but get better sales and then relate to ROAS higher %return of ads spending. But Scot said that if ACOS is lower than break even target (24.5% profit), we must push more bid because of not good results.
So what Cameron is saying is that if your ACOS is lower than your target ACOS than you should raise it to meet your target which in his case was breaking even...... What you are saying is true as well.... The lower your ACOS the better profit you are making..... Cameron doesn't care about profit, his goal is to get more sales and break even.
