Venus Yes, I didnt mean it in a negative way but in many weight lost shows they do way too intense work outs for people who arent active and it can really Mess up your metabolism or there is lots of skin just hanging and that is not healthy in any way :)

I've come to realize that Putting on weight isn't just physical, it comes with emotional and mental weight, so to lose weight, one has to shed the emotional and mental weight that came along by confrontation and love of oneself.
I'm glad I'm getting this in my own journey, lost 19.8lbs (9kg) so far, I'm proud of me.

When i got the call, the pain...you can't describe it, i just fall to the floor and screamd, and it felt like my heart have left my body.
