The point is that they are getting the tools at the show, it's their own job to continue on this fitness journey after the 12 weeks.
@@vandflaske1 A crash diet and an unrealistic fitness regime are not what I would say tools.
You can form a habit after 12 weeks. They won't be able to keep going at that intensity. But they will have the knowledge on what to do. And have accomplished the task of starting. They'll probably gain weight after the programme but if they incorporate some of what they learnt into their regular lives they should get to a point where they can maintain or lose weight at a much slower rate.
But you're right, they will most likely treat it as a crash diet because it's so intense and overwhelming and not meant for the everyday. But it's possible not to.
They didn’t even mention how much weight she lost, either they conditioned a very unhealthy weight loss on her OR they had her reveal beyond the 12 week mark for her to possibly get to her own goal regardless of time.

Talking to them helps you would know that if you started seeing a therapist which is what you need to do for all that negative energy.
