y’all workout out is IMPORTANT but your diet will be the actual game changer. it doesn’t matter how you exercise if you eat unhealthy. but you can lose weight eating healthy without working out.

@@idkwtd361 NOT REALLY depends of the weight lost and the quality of the skin. My skin is very good and i can loose or put a lot of weight up to 20-30 kg and i dont even get strech marks.
mimi jook good for you I lost 9kgs and I already got stretch marks but when I start cooperating cardios and adding weights to workout my skin tightened up so it’s not that visible anymore. I guess that differs for every person.

I was so happy when I heard that guy say "I want her to know what a sustainable healthy lifestyle looks like. I don't want this to be a quick fix." That is such an awesome thing to hear on a show about a weight loss challenge, because you hear too many stories about people who lost the weight, but didn't really learn how to keep up the healthy habits. So glad he's focused on that 🖤

Felt bad when they cried and felt humiliated. Iv been there more than once . I’m like a yo-yo I gain and lose weight so fast . It’s not easy losing weight and it takes time. Wow she lost 50lbs in two weeks. Just by starting to train is the biggest achievement and to be honest her trainer is excellent. Just by standing on those scales and making the first move by getting to the gym is a big achievement. They’ll be ok we all go through the same. Boxing I just love boxing it’s the best cardio ever. Yeah gabs lol that trainer is so cool

Update I was 380lbs it had been a LONG while sense I went to the doctor. I went yesterday and found out I am now 252. I guess I felt lost but yesterday help me see clearly to not give up.

Remember your diet is super important to losing weight and staying healthy. At my heaviest I was 235 it took me a year but I got down to 174 just from changing my diet alone. Give your body the fuel it needs, not what’s convenient yet delicious.

Do cardio to lose the weight first then weights to build. Personally, if i dont see the scale move, it's a bummer and easier to give up on. So if they are losing fat and gaining muscle, most get discouraged because they dont see the scale move. If people see weight loss faster, they seem to get more motivated to build.
Mindee Waranka you’ll be left with piles of loose skin that way. Do intense cardio min 15-20 minutes, then hit those weights and lift heavy. You’ll be more satisfied with results, your clothes will start to get baggy and loose while the scale may say one thing. Don’t get obsessed with the weight on the scale

I do what the third one was doing..alot of cardio and changed my way of eating. Example: instead of eating wings..i would eat a piece of chicken breast with mustard, garlic and lime cooked in oven..no salt. And white rice and broccoli...boiled eggs are great every morning and a shake made with almond milk, 1 banana, and a lil bit of oats and blue berries, no sugar. And for diner checken breast soup...and during the day drink 8 cups of waem water with slice of lime in it...you will see the difference....the food dont have to be the same as mines but you know what i am talking about. Stop all spaghetti ,lasagna, breads, tortillas, sweets and salty stuff...do it for you..Love yourself and love your body. Your body deserves better care so that it can give to you the happiness you deserve.
My favorites thing in the gym is probably the threadmill I would make it as fast as possible🤦🤣🤣🤣😂😂
