Sarah Davis They’re pretty expensive i had one for 6 months before she moved they usually cost $65-$90 per session. and assuming you work out with them 2-3 times a week it can cost you a pretty penny

Keep in mind he was military. More aggressive is probably what he’s used to. My husband is active duty and he liked to work out. He liked to be aggressive and work hard and sometimes that’s just better!

I was in an abusive relationship and I put on so much weight from depression. I left him and am now in a happy relationship. I have been working out now for a couple months. I will get my fitness back because I know I can do this! I stood up to that loser and I will continue to stand up for myself.

After staying with my girlfriend in a long distance relationship for 11 years, I never dared to cheat. Whenever I hear excuses I don’t even listen to them. Cheating is the worst and if you want to cheat, before doing it, call your partner and leave them even if it’s via phone. Maybe that action will make you stop and make you think about it again. If one is tempted always remember why you decided to invest your time, memories, love, friendship, anything with that person and why would you do something so nasty and without any sort of respect. Leave them. Leave them and let them be free from you. I will never cheat, there is no reason at all, because when there is love there is respect. Love is not just a feeling but a choice and anybody who has been in a relationship for some time must have understood this as well. Mad respect for the last woman who did not go back to that dude tho.

I love how when the people start out... they want revenge and are driven by showing their ex what they lost... but at some point during their transformation, that desire becomes less important and is replaced by a newfound love of themselves and the desire to keep improving becomes driven by self love and empowerment. Self care=self worth, self esteem, self love, etc Sometimes we look for things/ people outside of ourselves to provide these things... and we need to be reminded they start from within. It's only then, they can't be taken from us and we're truly empowered.
They did this for themselves and their mental health. They felt better after, so, no. They were *not* doing it only for their ex.

You got this girl. I started working out because i lost my first sone and i wanted to be healthier so i coukd carry a pregnancy full term and have a baby. I didnt care much about my body i just wanted a child. I was 212 and i lost 56 pounds when i found out i was pregnant. I got the clear from my doctor to continue to workout. I gained only 14 pounds in my entire pregnancy and have a healthy 3 month old baby boy and the day he was born i lost 22. I now have a toral weight lost of 78 pounds and am thinner now after children then i have been my whole life. You can do whatever you set your mind to

Guys I've honestly been so depressed about my body for years due to getting bullied in my early years I became bulimic and anorexic. It became so bad when I started throwing my lunch everyday at school and my mother would call the lunch supervisors to make sure I didn't throw out my lunch. Luckily I overcame that but years later (now) I feel bigger than ever, I have sagging breasts and knocked knees. I feel I also don't have motivation because I don't have the right support system, but watching these people.. I cannot make excuses for myself anymore and I need to get up and fight for what I want! Thank you. 👏
