What do you want to see KFC change in 2025?
The product is good for the most part. I view the staff as the problem. Three locations around me all have horrible people who work there (work, said tongue and cheek, you get the impression they’re not interested in working.)

I agree and stopped eating there.
I know how they can improve sales: stop trying to charge me $36 for 8 pieces of chicken with a couple of sides of mashed potatoes. They charge like their chickens poop gold nuggets.
The day they tried charging me $4,32 for a single, small size cole slaw, was the last time I ever went or will ever go again to a KFC.

They are very expensive and of poor value for your money, they have changed the recipe many times and denies they do it. Also they clearly over expanded the stores by going outside the country. The company is a good example of what happens when a major corporations take over, the food becomes shit, the prices go too high, KFC started when I was in elementary school it used to be a real treat growing up now I won't eat there. I remember going into one of their stores to buy dinner around 5 pm and they did not have any chicken only potatoes honey packets, gravy and four biscuits left and said they were not going to cook any more that day. KFC is just another fast food operation that has be ruined by a corporation, Id rather go to Popeyes or Churches than KFC , what a shame.
I agree the chicken is sh1t but they have the lowest prices vs other fried chicken fast food chains.

And I don't mean to kick you when you were down but if you go to KFC in overseas it is like a completely different experience nowhere near the same level of good as it is here like literally that's the reason why KFC is still open because they are killing it overseas

KFC uses pigeon meat at many US locations and in some international restaurants!
3 years ago we went to KFC and got half cooked chicken. I called and the manager told me to put it in the oven and finish cooking it. We haven't been back since.

One of their biggest problems is serving Pepsi instead of Coca-Cola.
That is a primary reason I rarely go there. Then last time I went they had eliminated butter and jelly packets. Thus forcing patrons to eat dry biscuits.
Here's KFC's biggest problem, a 6 pc chicken meal with two sides and four biscuits is $31. Chicken is still pretty much the cheapest meat one can buy in a grocery store. No doubt, one of the sides will be mashed potatoes(another fairly cheap vegetable) and gravy(milk, water, and flour with some seasoning, very cheap). Coleslaw(cabbage is cheap), milk and vinegar. There's not even remotely $31 in that meal and people are turning away in droves. I've also seen over the years, that the chicken has a different flavor at times(poor quality control).
What makes me laugh is there's a KFC by me that has a Buffalo Wild Wings right next to it, and a ChickFilA on the other. Just waiting for the CLOSED sign to go in the window.

The chicken pieces are getting smaller and the prices keep going up. Bring back the Buffet Line. We can comment all the time Yum Brands will not change anything.
Their chicken bucket meals are 30-35% more than Grocery Deli's and KFC portions are smaller.

It’s over for KFC, quality is low. Got some chicken tenders, absolutely shocked how tiny they were.
Problem is, thry only care about making as much money as possible...not serving good affordable food.

The kfc restaurants in my area are always out of chicken
We had the worst meal back in Jan 2020! We moved to a new area and I didn't have a stove so we had to eat out for a month. The chicken was so DRIED OUT and practically no meat on the pieces. The sides were disgusting. We haven't been back in 5 years.

I quit going to KFC 25 years ago, low quality and high prices.
Kfc is too expensive. Dining out period is expensive.

Three have closed around where I live
I visited Curacao in the southern Caribbean in December. Saw the largest, most modern and clean KFC in my life there with double drive thru. KFC billboards were all over and that was just one of several oocations on the island. Its a far cry from KFC locations in the U.S. which are mostly small, not very clean, and in need of updating. In Florida we have lost several KFCs in the last 10-20 years.

Jollibees chicken is the better chicken than KFC! Forget them and go for that or even Korean Bonchon!

KFC Original is a terrible idea that I wish would go away. The only difference between it and normal KFC locations is that they take away the extra crispy options. The original tenders are underwhelming and the original recipe chicken disappoints every time.
Bring back Extra Crispy and grilled chicken.

Well, our KFC closed a year or two ago. It will shrink down to just the few areas that will support what they sell.

I loved them till I tried home delivery and the Tuesday special wasn't even on the menu to order. I just didn't need to pay 30 .00 when they had the 10.00 special. Delivery customers deserve the same respect as all customers. Everybody has chicken fingers. All chicken places need to check their prices. Your chicken is still the best especially cooked fresh.

Actually I feel it has gotten to the point it needs to just swirl on down the drain. It's become nothing short of just down right gross
I've bought K. F. C. over the years on a regular basis and to try to get a decent original piece of fried breast is not entirely possible.
I get the rib cage mostly that has very little breast meat on it and it's mostly skin and bones that are not chewable. The keel piece of breast with some ribcage white meat is acceptable, but I never get it. The gravy tastes and looks different from the light tan color of years ago. The pot pie is pretty good except that the gravy is very thick and pasty like that white glue from our past school days.

They've already blown it. Instead of focusing on sustainability and other woke/socialist initiatives, they should have focused on improving their products, especially fries, biscuits and cole slaw. Shame, I will miss them...
They should revamp the mac n’ cheese or just get rid of it all together.

Saucy is nothing special. I preferred Huey Magoos, Zaxbys, or Canes over it. Also HATE that they don’t serve Mtn Dew there.
I’d rather have the old KFC that sat in that plot of land before.
Too many things wrong with KFC, staff in most cases is rude, price are sky high and the quality of chicken should go back to beef tallow instead of the crappy veggie oil.
I have an idea why not just use better quality chicken not the low quality crap you’re over charging for.

You have to stay on top of what’s is happening with what the people think and feel about the change what will work better for them,you know what it is prices,what needs to be done is ask the question to the customer what can be done better to bring you toKFC .what is it that trouble you KFC is it the food,price,cleanliness ,taking to long to get my order.

I'm sorry but all those new "loaded bowls" and sandwiches with bacon are way over the top. They seem to be appealing to the "Let's Keep Making America Even Fatter" crowd and likely jacking up the prices which that target is least prepared to deal with. KFC has long been in need of a major reboot and new sauces ain't going to solve the problem.
KFC chicken doesn't taste like Colonel Sanders recipe anymore. When I found the difference in quality too great, about 2 years ago or so, I stopped going there.
The chicken is not as flavorful. Chicken is smaller. Portions are smaller. Chicken its self is slimey. A lot has changed over the years. Used to like kfc.
