Another inspiring video Paul. You're really living every moment of your trek and doing a great thing for the local lads wherever you stop. Cheers mate and stay safe, have fun. Sean.
It doesn’t get much better than that ..brings back some great memories 😊my wife and I lived in Broome and would walk along CB to the end without saying a word just processing the day/work etc Then watch the fireball drop off the back of the Indian ..and walk back ❤it Thanks for taking me back there Champ ✌️
Hey up! You are becoming a pillar of the community or at least a star for the unfortunate guys that love footy deep in the outback, Love it,.... Motorcycling: A therapeutic recipe towards stress and depression, Oh! and of course a sprinkling of footy for dessert, Yummy 😋, As Oliver said, Can I Have Some More Please.
@WreckingCrewHR4K I tell ya what...this has been one hell of a trip.... never in a million years did I expect it to roll-out like this. So much more I wish I could say right now... momentum building... some exciting stuff coming very soon!
You're a bloody long way from where you set off from. And that last golden hour of daylight on the west coast is pretty phenomenal. That interaction with the young bloke at the servo was great to see. I'm loving your videos
Thanks Paul.. many of us will appreciate the trouble you're going to film and edit your footage. It's raw. just the way it should be. I see your happiness and the underlying need to be alone.. for a while mate.. may it be the therapy you need.. and a motivator for others. Safe travels.
I love your enthusiasm. Keep it up. I was at Ballard Indian yesterday getting my bike serviced (shout out to Jeremy who services my BMW with enthusiasm) and you came up in the conversation. I have to say your enthusiasm for the Indian had me eyeing of a brand new Indian Scout. Who knows a BM fan for 40+ years might just buy an Indian. Who knows. Whilst not an avid footy fan I love your enthusiasm for the game and your genuine passion for the indigenous kids. We could use a lot more people like you out there - it reality does make a difference. I can't wait for the next instalment and yes, I am trying to work out how I can get myself out there and on the highway. At 69 I may not ahve too many years before it only becomes a :what if: moment. Safe travels mate and enjoy the west coast.
@jackmiller3293 thanks Jack for jumping on board. I'll be back at Indian Ballarat soon for a service, they are great in there. The scout is the best looking bike on the market imo, I did have one around 8 years ago but I'm 6'4 and it was a shame, she's a beautiful bike. Stay safe ✌️
Hello Indan crusader I com from switzerland. I would like to do what you are doing too. From Darwin to perth by motorbike. That would be great. Greetings from joly old switzerland
I am enjoying your ride, driven these roads in cars for work back in the 80’s & 90’s, the roads look better now. When you get to Perth, catch up with the West Coast Eagles and show them how to kick a goal or two 😂
Nice trip your having I hitchhiked my way around Australia twenty years ago working wherever I could do these vids bring back some fond and not so fond memories as you had a vstar 650 can I ask what if you can remember what was the mileage on a full tank I get to about 250 Kay’s then I fill up
@vadersfather1248 hitching would have given you so many stories! Brilliant. From memory I reckon it was well under 300 on the vstar. You have me thinking now, I'm sure it was circa 270-300km when pushing it dry. Prob with me is this is my first time long hauling... all other bikes I was thumping down the coast on weekends and not paying too much attention to milage/tank.

you are now as far away from home as you can get 5000km, man the sunsets are the only way to end the day. Next stop The Starfire Rd house about 300km from the Broome turn off then Port Headland close to 300km aswell.
The boab tree your thinking of ( the famous one ) isn't on the main rd its close to Derby where Boab prison is, it was the last overnight stop for prisoners ( Aboriginals in chains ) being marched to Boab,,, said to be one of the harshest prisons in Australia both the tree and the prison have a bad history
@TheIndianCrusader I learned about it by chance, the rd house you stopped at was out of petrol so we had to go to Derby to fuel up ( 50km off the main Rd) We seen the prison and the tree and did a little research on it.
@tonymcdonough994 100% you can. So far longest I have come across is 360km.... I'm typically getting 380/400... but funny when out there alone there was this inner urge on that leg to grab 5lts... not quite back home yet but safe to say worst is 360km
@@TheIndianCrusader thank am thinking about doing it on bike I get about 400km max I have been around Australia 2 in car in my younger days enjoy your ride
