The last one you had is not Jalebi, but actually a sweet called Jangiri (Imarti in the north) which is more popular in the South. The way to differentiate the two is Jalebi has a tangy-sweet taste to it, while Jangri is just sweet with a crunch due to the crystallised sugar from the syrup😊

Don't try them together like this. Flavour of the previous one doesn't fade that fast and gets mixed up with the next one. So you can't enjoy them the fullest. I'd recommend to have a 15-min interval between two sweets.

Another type is tirunrlveli halwa. kolkotta sweets are very different from this. I havent heard of karachi halwa ever. Kerala also has jackfruit chakkavaratty which is amazing

Couldn't digest the fact that you didn't get to taste Mysorepak from Sri Krishna Sweets. It is one of the most delicious ones in my opinion that you can get from there. And the one you didn't know the name of is Badusha which is basically made of all-purpose flour and is soaked in sugar syrup. You have more and more sweets to try! Do give them a try
