Step 1: Insert crochet hook into the next st and pull up a loop, loosely.
Step 2: [Yo, insert hook into the same st and pull up a loop] X 3.
Step 3: Yo, pull through 7 loops on hook, chain 1.
Step 4: Insert hook into the same st as bobble and pull up a loop, slide it off LN onto the hook.
Step 5: Yo, pull through 2 loops on the hook. Move completed bobble to RN.
