I came across your video about a week ago, and I can't thank you enough! You truly saved me and my precious data. I have used the professional version of Stellar, and It successfully recovered all of my files. It wasn't just a relief; it was genuinely shocking to see everything restored so easily. I never anticipated it would work so seamlessly. Thank you immensely for your invaluable help.

Thanks, man for the amazing video, I have recently used Stellar Data Recovery Software Standard Edition, and to my surprise, it recovered all my data. I am so relieved now.

I have used this software. one can easily recover all deleted or formatted data from the RAID drives. I definitely recommend this software. Thanks for suggesting a nice tool. The interface of the software is quite user-friendly.

Ok so I have a Fantom External Hard Drive 18TB with 10TB of data in it and no longer works. Made a weird clicking sound unable to show up on computer at that point. So will I still be able to recover my data with this software?

i am trying to recover files and folders on a 4tb external hard disk and it shows 0% scanned after 20 hours. Is it normal to take that long?

Hello, there is a software I use called ease USA hard drive recovery. Might take a look and see if that can help. I don’t find it the best software to use. However it seems to recover better and the other downside to it is takes a long time to scan bit by bit. I guess it needs a lot of time for it to do it’s magic.

You might want to give Stellar Data Recovery software a shot. I've personally used it, and the outcome was quite satisfactory - I managed to successfully retrieve my deleted files.

I have used Easeus in the past. I don't know what they did but all of the recovered files were corrupted. when I recovered the data from Stellar, it recovered all my files with ease. You should give it a try.

I’m not too sure if this company can be trusted almost everywhere I have looked where people can comment about stellar there seems to be fake accounts that are used as “smurfs” to add hype for the company
What do you think about this ?

I had a Netgear ReadyNAS lose its volume but I'm positive the data and the drives are fine.... Is this able to read raid volumes? Its using Netgears Raid-X. There are programs out that can but they are $$$$

I'd give it a try - the free version will (attempt) to read but not let you restore, so at a minimum, it wouldn't cost you anything to see if it can see something or not and if it does you can decide to buy the software to restore.

@@2GuysTek I really wish these companies would offer a reduced price if you only want to use it one time.... I haven't found myself needing a recovery program for a long time... The data on this NAS was temporarily stored there while I organize it from 20 drives I have from years of builds. So I don't think its SUPER critical but would like to see whats there and maybe recover some of it.

@@neccros007 That's a great point - I'm surprised they don't offer an 'as-a-service' feature where you can use it to do one job and be done. Maybe Stellar is listening! ;-) Thanks for watching and consider subscribing!

What do we do if you run the scan and it comes up with an empty list? I'm so annoyed as I had 1.5TB of photos and videos on my SanDisk SSD, I went to plug it into a different computer TO back it up and THAT'S WHEN IT CORRUPTED! plugging it into a new computer corrupted it when it was just working a few minutes prior on a different computer! I'm devastated!

    • @2GuysTek

Was the disk detected when you plugged it into the computer you were scanning from? If nothing showed up I'm wondering if the disk was detected?
